In this second part of director Jean-Francois Richet’s thriller about the life of notorious French criminal Jacques Mesrine, the star quotient of the cast turns into a supernova. As Mesrine, Vincent Cassel (EASTERN PROMISES) is joined by Ludivine Sagnier, Mathieu Amalric, and Samuel Le Bihan. PUBLIC ENEMY NUMBER ONE (PART 2) follows Mesrine’s success in the underworld as well as his fascinating attempt at escape.
