It’s FINALLY here!!! Mercenaries 2. US release date was Sunday, and even in Belgium the game has been in stores for over 2 days, but finally we get it from RELOADED. Have Fun! (yes I’m excited)

    So whats with the rld-mr2f crack @ 53,482,288 bytes. I presume this is the correct one.

    My spec is core 2 duo @ 3.2Ghz 2Gb Ram, HD3870 and XP-SP3.

    I get around 12 fps no matter what resolution I select. Same fps at ALL resolutions. Changing quality settings makes no difference to frame rate either.

    Any ideas guys/gals ?

    Jayzees! What a piece of crap!
    Psy-Ops, or the Suffering and Stranglehold used the same engine but at least these were some good games.
    This is a total crap! A game for 3-5 year olds.
    Looks awful too.
    Damn those eyes! made me spend 3 hours downloading Sheet.
    Oh well, back to “Alone in the Dark”. I’m in the final chapter.

    EA-Suck – if you haven’t already, turn off high-qual water..i have Q9450+HD4870+4GBram and it’s simply awful with it on..the game is simply awful with it off, but there you go..

    i did get a small giggle when picking up the “devastator” tho :)

    after you play for so long you get a pilot who can then help collect money an the bombs stashed around the world, then abit later on you hire an engineer who can modify vehicles to add powerful weapons to them. i got the 360 version its playable but im just passing the time till something else comes out.

    Hey guys,after having replaced the right version of binkw32.dll(1.6.4.0 or 1.6b), there is one thing to do.Click start game icon/right click/properties/compatibility-> to Win98 mode.This worked for me.

    Awesome… not!

    Savegame is always corrupt…
    Controls are a nightmare (aiming sucks)

    And it reminds me of “Just Cause”… which I think is better.

    Games crap but works if you get the right crack fix..which is easy to find.
    Im having trouble with the stupid tank take over’s which i manged on the 1st level but cant seem to get to work on 2nd.

    Tank takeover is easy… hit punch at the right time and wait for the second symbol and pound the jump key like your life depends on it…

    I have also the helicopter problem, it won’t take any supplies on the battlefield ….

    It’s not worth playing if you can’t complete some mission because of that …

    i have bad graphics.. :( everythng is set to max, aa, motion blur, water effects, but if i turn them off, nothing changes. i have a x1950pro graphics card, core 2 duo @ 1.8 , 2 gigs of ram… just installed latest ati drivers..

    Ok, well I just installed the game, and I applied the new cracked .exe. I ran it, and got the message:

    “Mercenaries 2: World in Flames has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.”

    Trying to do a bit of research for myself, I saw someone suggested using the cruise.dll file from the OLD crack, and the .exe from the new. I tried that too, yet I still get that instant error when I double-click the cracked .exe. Any suggestions???

    Hi

    Can anyone help me. I have xp+sp3 AMD 2.4 ghz 4gigs of ram nvidia 8500 512 mb. The game should run on that? Problem is when i start the game it hangs up at the beginning where the EA-logo shows, and i have to ctrl+alt+del and it says program not responding. Have updated Directx and forceware drivers but without success. Have someone any ideas whats the problem?

    This game doesn’t run @ 1680×1050. What a bad mistake on EA Games part. It’s unforgivable. Running it at the maximum setting for widescreen 1600×900 just makes it look stretched and blocky. Waste of time downloading this and installing it. I’m uninstalling it as soon as i’ve finished typing this message..

    ..ok uninstalled it. Made some room for a better game. No doubt EA Games will release a patch to rectify the screen resolution problem but that’s not the point, it shouldn’t of been released like that. Thank god i DIDN’T pay for this thing!

    The worst bad programmed game ever.

    Serial doesn’t work .. none of them .. tried about 30 .. have EA found the keygen and blocked all the codes … gotta be connected to get it to work .. im downloading the crackfix .. but will this work or still ask me for the serial?

    It’s an ok game. If you were a fan of the first one, then you might not be too disappointed. It is a processor hog and I need to get a top end video card someday. But Crysis looks better on my machine than Mercs2!? Must be some poor programming in there.
    You DO need the crack and upgrade your vid drivers. On game install it will ask for a serial, but with the cracked “.exe” you won’t have it attempting to verify with EA online copy protection, that’s when it failed for me until the crack.

    And yes, this game lags with Anti-Aliasing at 0x, forget 8x. What are these coders smoking. The game doesn’t even look good.

    this game blows….. really bad…. game play is weak, player view will give you headaches especially when you are in a vehicle, controls are poor, graphics is sub-par… why would they bother selling this stupid game is beyond me… the creators of this game should be hanged for wasting my dl and giving me a headache

    I had same prob as Corvin, using Daemon tools pro and alcohol 120% to mount image, autorun fires up ok, click on install and dialog appears…Please insert CD/DVD 1 into drive ‘X’…. Even wasted a DL disc and burnt the image..same problem. Any suggestions or help? Never had a problem like this to get a game to work before…..
