Medieval 2 Total War Update 1.3-SKIDROW
SKiDROW are back with a hefty Medieval 2 Total War update. Cracked almost as quickly as the patch was released this update comes in at almost the same size as a full CD! 525 MB worth of updates suggests that this was one hell of a buggy came when it first came out but to be fair most of it is propably new features. This patch mianly fixes Core Medieval II settlement data updated to function correctly with Medieval II: Kingdoms and it also fixes some instances of floating settlements in Medieval II:TW and Medieval II: Kingdoms. From my understanding, installing Kingdoms automatically patches vanilla MT2 to 1.3. I think this 1.3 crack will do the trick now because the auto patch to 1.3 has overwritten the 1.2 cracked exe which does not allow me to play.

So is this needed, if i install the expansion?
From my understanding, yes you need to use the 1.3 crack in order to play vanilla MTW2 IF you also install Kingdoms. Kingdoms automatically forces vanilla to be patched to 1.3.
Will this work with the M2TW Reloaded release (version 1.0 i suppose)?
Will this work with the RELOADED release of M2TW?

anyway needed this crack patch because my original game doesn’t work after installing the expansion
So… install main game, install expansion, patch, crack and play?
No Instal main game (no patch) and when you instal expansion it prompts to instal patch 1.02 then 1.03 then kingdoms
Urgh rediculous, i wish people would actually seed the damn files, been downloading the for near 3 days, dl at 10, up at 35+.

they should release a crack only. since everyone that got kingdoms expansion already has medieval 1.3 installed.

Trying to use this update but when i try to install the update it gives me an error that says unable to find the file to update pack_0 or something like that. I can find the file in the right folder. I updated to version 1.2.1 I think before installing the update since I was at 1.0 before hand and it wouldn’t let me install the update. Do I need Kingdoms to install this update as well? If I do does anyone know where to find the crack for update 1.2?
I don’t Get it people… can someone PLEASE explain this to me? I have toinstal the main game… the kingdoms expansion…. and the this pach?

have tried this patch but unable to get it to work having the same problem as before.will load the 1.2 patch within the expansion pack but then crashes when installing the 1.3.
I own the original game , looks like buying the expansion pack from the shops. oh well

I have downloaded bot med 2 and the expansion called Kingdoms.
I first installed the original game, then i installed patch 1,1 and 1,2 because when i try to install ex-pack without 1,1 and 1,2 already installed i get an error message telling me I cant install 1,3 directly upon 1,0.
So i install bot 1,1 and 1,2 and get an automatic 1,3 installment when i start to install the ex-pack. So now i have installed the ex-pack and try to find a crack.
I find one in the folder i downloaded the game in and its about 10,7 mb. I copy/paste it on Americas/main Teutonic/main etc, where it says im supposed to paste it. when i try to start the game a message from a company called “securom” that says the following:
No disc inserted.
Please insert the original “Kingdoms” CD/DVD.
Please have a look at http://www.securom.com/message.asp?m=nodisc for further, more detailed information.
So i tried to mount the image on deamon and %120 but then a message appears telling me the securom detects these deamon and alch120 running. so I cant use this either.
Does anyone have a crack that actually works, or a guide how to get this game(Kingdoms) working?

I have another problem… I want to install the pack 1.2 and at the end it sais that voice 1 is missing…I tried to do anything I knew… but still it doesn’t work… who can give me that voice 1?

you are right Holland they ruined one of the best game ever!!we can’t install the 1.3 patch because of a file missing (pack 0),and when you play Kingdoms you can’t play the medieval 2 standard imperial campaign,plus the game crashes with some battles and sieges,and no one is posting a thread of solution of the problems,they know the solutions but they don’t care because they playing the game and they don’t give a s..t about all of us encountering the problems!!!someone help!!!!!

“this 1.03.000 update cannot be applied to the 1.00.000 version of the game”
anyone have any idea how to get this sorted? + i have the original game installed… do i need to get the patches building up to the 1.03? before it installs tht specific file?

i found the solution for pack_0 problem… i don’t know if it works yet since i didn’t play but cut and paste Patch folder to the English folder

I also got this pack_0 problem… And i copy-pasted the patch folder to game folder. Campaign map works but when i try to enter the battle that i want to play, it says the famous error “tw encountered an error and will hide where i cant reach” lol… there is no specific and working solution to this error..
the solution is playing the game original, nothing else…

Hi, you should just download the mini images from gamecopyworld.com, then you dont have to mess with exe, i used the mini images from gcw for both games.
Actually, if you guys are facing “unspecified error”, SEGA has posted the solution right on there support page. Just go there and have a look. It works for me.

i had the problem where it sad it cant find pack_0 i just uninstalled the game, please check that you didnt change any details such as descr_strat this may help.
