Hate this app, it installs fine but cant detect any of the vir that even my malwarebytes thing came up with, its very poor software. Stay away from mcafee apps.

Agreed this is a terrible anti virus, id say 80% of the computers i get in to fix have this POS scanner on them , it simply does not work.

Thanks for the release though shame its total garbage.

I find it hard that you are promoting this piece of sh*t AV… McAfee is the reason why people gotta reinstall due to viruses.. McAfee even detects the music client Spotify as a trojan and removes it, a proof that mcafee cant be trusted, to bad so many are using it.

btw, is Dell computers still being deliveried with mcafee?

Promote kaspersky/bitdefender/nod32 instead, way better

Worst AV program ever made. It will detect a lot of malware and viruses but not remove them. The FakeAlert virus is one such example. I had to completely re-image a laptop at work because of that.
