Hi, small Nukewar update: RLD says that DETONATiON stole their crack… Its up to you to believe that or not, anyways here is the link to the original game post.

Mass.Effect-DETONATiON got nuked for: stolen.bad.crack_galaxy.map.doesnt.work_saving.stops.working.after.a.while_p2p.group.aka.EMPORiO_get

One of the RLSLOG users seems to have found a proper way to play this game:

This is a .CT table, meant to be opened with Cheat Engine (google for it, it’s a freeware anyway)
PROTOCOL:
-launch Cheat engine (CE in short)
-open MassEffect.CT with cheat engine
-start game (russian or reloaded proper with savegames dunno size=48 956 922 bytes)
-at the main menu, alt tab to CE
-in CE open your game (corner left icon with a computer)
-select all lines in the bottom pane
-press space (all tick boxes near “no description” should be ticked)
-re-alt tab to mass fx
-wait a loooooooot (like the loading, but you see your desktop)
-load savegame
-PLAY!!!

Works for me, i don’t provide technical support.

One of our now former testers thought that it was nice to leak our crack to
a friend. Somehow this crack ended up with DETONATiON who thought that
disguising it a bit would allow them to get away with it.

    eg…after leaving cetidel, i got to Nevue (i think) Galaxy, i see 2 system (Pax system and the other one i forgot), when i enter Pac System, BAAM black screen attack again.. and no rapid right click mouse didnt work here >_<

    Guys i have question, i can’t make it without this game so i buying it :( so, will my save works when i uninstal game and instal it again and activate with serial ? or i must start game from the begining ?

    909: I suggest you download the manual via torrent and read it. Then restart when your orig game arrives.

    btw: I don’t know if it’ll be usable.

    i think.. u use the serial and use original .exe.. should be okay. The thing here is the crack are prevent to use the galaxy map.. i think u dont have to uninstall the game ^_^… if u have original .exe (i always backup it.. never replace the .exe with cracked) and bought the serial, its perfect. Im going to buy this game tho.. but dunno when will be available in my area (SEA)

    Honestly i’m not sure i would buy even if it wasn’t crackeable. It’s 65USD here, i’m not sure i would spend hard earned money into something i would just play once then stash in the shelf picking dust.

    On the other hand, you can be damn sure i will buy Spore, fully crackeable or not. Like the sims, it’s a game you don’t finish.

    I figured out a way to exit the ship properly on a planet, so that you do not have roam the surfaces on your own
    For me, this problem first occured on Noveria, where I could not return to the ship and leave again, I had to use the console. Again.

    Solution:
    You bring up the console, type the name of the location (example AT BIOA_ICE00 Start_ICE10_1 or something). This will put Shephard out on the ramp. Re-enter the ship, you will notice that the door is locked again. Type in “ghost” to activate NOCLIP, walk through the closed door and make a QuickSave. Then load the Quicksave, and you can now push the button and select a team for the mission.

    I hope this helps. It worked for me.

    Some1 know the code to travel for the Artemis Tau galaxy, System Knossos, planet Thelos??? I already complete the other planetes, in the main missions, but this one i cant find the proper code for the travel through the console…

    Didn’t said i’d buy the sims, i said Spore is a game like it where you don’t have a predetermined ending, you can play as long as you like.

    The Sims is indeed a boring game, but i like the building part.. put my creative mind to work. :P

    Anyway, you guys should download Crazy Machines while waiting for the proper proper proper.

    While you guys were all arguing I completed the game already as a good guy with the initial crack and only using autosave + saving in vehicles + using console to warp from planet to planet (I’m a student so I don’t have a lot of money and a lot of free time ;) ). I know some people frown upon this but you get all the cinematics of the story etc. Gonna go for the evil side of the character now >D

    Judging by the splooge-factor in the other thread, Gniarf’s solution (the one Nox posted) seems to work. And, at the very least, it is a lot less likely to be a trojan for obvious reasons.

    good job tho man…… well folks use this till the real thing comes out (6,7 or 8th june) cuz this solution is really just to see the game in action xD, its not 100% working and t might ruin your game exp. with the game

    AND DON’T SAY WE DON’T NEED THE SCENE RLS GRUPS, they have done so much for us, we cant forget 1000000000+ cracked games they have done so far, for just one “CRACK” cuz the this one iv used just to see how the map looks, and get the feel for the game a bit better, but I’m waiting for the REAL THING I’M with the SCENE 100% (they have done so much, cant be mad at em for just 1 mistake)

    @989 yea thats true im still waiting for a crackfix.anyway when i finish dowloading the game i think theres already gonna be a crack.(i have 3 days downloading and i have 2.2 GB LOL.)

    CheatEngine fixed the galaxy map for me, however I’m still unable to save. The option is still grayed out and quicksave just fails. What gives?

    @993: I couldn’t save either, so I’m using the other crack that allowed us to save but not to go to the galaxy map toghether with this Cheat Engine solution and it works fine now.

    William Blake – Just to clarify, that file incorporates the cheat engine trick so that we don’t have to run that the engine each time we want to play the game? Is that your own file, if not, did you check it for a virus? Sorry for all the questions, but with all the crap we have been getting, it’s understandable.
