He orders everyone to the ground and walks casually, without fear (after all he is the only one with a gun in this extremely packed family restraunt), unloading one round in each person (women and children made no difference). Then he had the audacity to slowly unload and reload a new fully loaded clip only to begin shooting the trapped inocent victims once again. You and your family being the next for sure victoms, would you or would you not wish the ability upon yourself or someone else with a responsible concealed permit near you the ability to stop this killer???
