Here’s another MAGIX application but this time released by different group – GRB. Purpose of Audio Cleaning lab is to digitize your old vinyls or cassettes.

    Keep in mind, please, that this stuff only works as well as one's original analog signal sources (the tape deck or record player). Plus, you actually have to do DO the work of fiddling around though these audio files, not to mention recording them in the first place.

    A great alternative is to just use an outside digitization service, namely like mine: http://www.ReclaimMedia.com.

    We keep our gear in very fine tune, and can spread the cost of it all across the many hundreds of tapes and record that we do in a day. We do all the data entry of artist/album/song titles, computer-print the CDs, etc.

    It's a heck of a deal. So before sinking time/money into trying to digitize your audio at home, give our service a look. Then you can make your best decision on how to get it done.
