MagicTweak v4.12 Incl.Keymaker-CORE

Magic Tweak is a application that will make your computer run better. You can back up or restore system files, customize Win explorer settings, change Windows icons, change folder icons, change security and network settings. You can disallow specific app’s from running, hide & tweak start menu settings and configure security. That’s a lot if you ask me because program has only 1.71mb!I used this application on my Win XP and Vista.I like to test software before I put it here to see how it works and what does to your system. So don’t be skeptic about using it.Fell free to try it.

My opinion is: It’s small but powerful. It makes things run better-did not show any blue screens after usage :-) .I think you will like it!

“did not show any blue screens after usage”
You get the BSOD on XP and Vista?? Damn, if you are I’d be getting your PC fully checked out! Haven’t had a BSOD since Windows ME. And never had one on XP/Vista.
I have a self-created Word doc for all my “tweaks” after a fresh OIS install. Services, kill time etc. Plus when using Tweak UI and XP Smoker, most things are covered. I may d/l this and give it a go though…. Anyone used this before? Pros/cons???

Why do these programs never list the changes that you can use them to make?

“The ability to tweak almost any aspect of Microsoft Windows Vista/2003/XP/2000/Me/98.”

Does that mean I make the file browser remember the last file opened and position the window to hi-lite that file the next time I use the File > Open command? Can I make every program remember and default to the last directory I accessed a file in?

And does anyone’s computer actually run faster after cleaning the registry? I’ve cleaned mne and don’t notice any change in the computer’s speed.

@3 – If you have TuneUp, Wopti, CCleaner, Cacheman XP and both O&O Defrag/CleverCache you have all your bases covered.
TuneUp – tweaks, registry defrag etc
Wopti same as above with a few additional things to boot.
CCleaner – no need to delve into this one.
Cacheman XP – memory optimizer that is the best of all the pones I’ve tried, superquick and very stable/resource friendly.
O&O Defrag – defrag ya HD
CleverCache – another memory monitoring tool that increases your free memory allotment on it’s own, ensuring stability.
This is my setup and my laptop (which I re-install OS onto every 12 months) runs like it did when I did my last install 10 months ago.

You are using Windows Live One Care… Are you kidding me???????

And oh yes, we STILL don’t belive you, because your (LOL) Windows One care is telling you otherwise..

My gosh, no wonder why there has been so many spyware, trojans and viruses being posted on here

Anyone trusting M!cro$h!t Windows Live One Care has to have had their brain replaced with something. Even n00b’s wouldn’t consider it a virus scanner!
WTF would you be using WLC for, and more importantly, why would you admit to using it??!!!
