Tonight we have a big movie release from group DiAMOND, which is “Madea Goes To Jail”. This is a 2009 crime comedy-drama film adaptation written and directed by Tyler Perry, which was inspired by Perry’s play of the same name. The film centers on Perry’s character Madea Simmons going to jail for her uncontrollable anger management problems, and also focuses on a developing romance between a young lawyer and a female friend from his past (whom Madea meets in jail). 1-CD standard release with subpack, have fun!

PLOT: After a high-speed freeway chase puts Madea in front of the judge, her reprieve is short-lived as anger management issues get the best of her and land her in jail. A gleeful Joe couldn’t be happier at Madea’s misfortune. But Madea’s eccentric family members, the Browns, rally behind her, lending their special “country” brand of support. Meanwhile, Assistant District Attorney Joshua Hardaway is on the fast track to career success. But Hardaway lands a case too personal to handle – defending young prostitute and former drug addict Candace Washington – and asks his fiancée and fellow Assistant District Attorney Linda Holmes to fill in on his behalf. When Candace ends up in jail, Madea befriends the young woman, protecting her in a “motherly” way as only Madea can……

    Before watching this "movie", I swear I did not know that there can be a creative level lower than that of the "ball-e-wood" flicks. And that opinion has nothing to do with the fact that most all of the actors are black in this. Hell Morgan Freeman and S Poitier are 2 of my most fav actors. It makes me sad to see that cheapa ss attempts like this are being called a movie these days by dumb viewers whose IQ level must be lower than the r3tards. I wish someone does a great service to humanity by entering a movie hall while this is or another Tyler Perry flick is playing and then going postal killing each and every lowlife dope smoking "viewer" present there. Or at least shoot that imbecile who gave green signal to this script and funded this production.

    Well, you got me there with fine examples of the awe inspiring Larry the Cable Guy making legendary motion pictures all attractive and what not. That must be the reason why he keep getting green lighted on movies. That big ass gut gotta be a serious attractant to all its similar looking patrons. I am not a Madea movie fan but I have seen and meet alot of people who love them, both black and mostly white. That last part is surprisingly true. I will burn this for my friends wait for a good copy of Terminator: Salvation to arrive.

    Dont worry people, all the people who are complaining about this being a "black" film or "religion" being shoved down your throat (and if they had been around any "black" people for any length of time they would know that this is how they live their lives and religion is a major part of it so F'n DEAL WIT IT!) probably get off on watching these so-called 'reality' shows when it was proven by former contestants on the show, that this is more fake then wrestling ever was! That alone should make you wonder about them.

    I have been on this board for years now, one of the early adopters, and im not surprised, ive seen it everytime a major black film comes up, racist sentiments rear their heads in here. Its really not surprising what folks will say and do protected behind the glare of a computer screen. I do not object to folks complaining that a movie has a poor script, or a poor cast, that is common place, but my issue is it would seem that the argument that most racists put forth is because a movie has a majority black cast it therefore is a poor quality movie. I object to the notion that black=poor quality simply because it does not follow logic. I have seen so many movies with white casts, that are down right terrible, just the other night I finally sat down to watch Push, thinking I would really enjoy it, that movie blowed chunks it sucked so bad. I was really excited to see the new Terminator, because I love the franchise, even the sucky TV show, once the reviews came out, and I started to get an idea of the movie's direction, it finally hit me, that they made another suck ass terminator movie, and yes the third one would be the other. If you dont like black folks then fine, nothing new there, but if your going to claim superiority at least be plausible with that claim because when your logic is faulty you end up sounding quite inferior.
