COALiTiON brings us the ‘real’ TC for Madagascar 2. The previous TC by PreVail had some russian audio. This is the complete English version. It doesn’t say proper cuz PreVail released theirs internally.

The sequel of the first movie, the New York Zoo Animals, Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe and Gloria the Hippo, still stranded on Madagascar, started to leave the island. All of a sudden, they landed in the wilderness of Africa. There, Alex soon meet the rest of his family and starting to have trouble communicating with them after much of his time at the Central Park Zoo.

    a TC _should_ be a direct copy from the film reel, the way studios do their film -> dvd convertions too. but in this case it’s probably just mistagged so yes it’s something like a cam

    Some people really need to do some research, before shouting out on here when they really don’t know what the heck they are talking about. People take some time to learn the difference between a cam, telesync, telecine,R5,orR1 dvdrip and everything else before you download and complain about quality. This release is a TC telecine it is not a camera and is in fact the best quality your gonna get for now. So shut up think before you download, see for yourself and enjo!!

    Hate to go on about it but this really doesn’t feel like the same quality usually seen with a real TC. There isn’t a great deal of sharpness to the image and the audio has a lot of hissing and doesn’t sound like direct to me. Thanks for the release anyway, think I will hold on for a better one.

    @55 - What are you talking about? Are you saying that ’scene’ groups are labeling incorrectly? If so, yes, yes they’re. Or at least for this release and Prevails (since they’re the same source).

    But if you’re saying that Telesyncs are Telecines, then you must be crazy.

    Can’t tell from the sample but prevail rls was for sure telesync, and if most of you says that it’s the same source then it’s also ts. Good ts but still, not tc. I remember the times when there wasn’t R5, only TC, and the quality of TC was far better than this release.

    There have been like 4 or 5 mislabeled releases in the last couple weeks.

    @The Idiot List - What is your proof that this is in fact a Telecine? Just because it has partial (or full) end credits doesn’t make it a Telecine. Just because the quality is very good (especially for a Telesync), that doesn’t make it a Telecine. Just because it’s from a Russian source, and they usually get Telecines generally quickly…doesn’t mean that this is an Telecine.

    Well in my humble opinion a TC or TS is not about the quality of the release, but about how they make it…in this case, and note that i’m not an expert like the most of YOU, it looks very much like a TC…not a pro one for sure…
