Luxor Amun Rising-FASiSO

A small little game has been released by alternative game group FASiSO. Luxor Amun Rising is essentially a puzzle game set to an egyptian theme. Minimum requirements are really low as well is the file size so this could be worth it if you want something to quickly pass the time or have a really old computer. The game comes with English, French, Spanish, German, Swedish, Russian and Italian languages.

Description: Glory and Adventure await as you return to save Ancient Egypt from certain doom in Luxor: Amun Rising. The sequel to the runaway hit action-puzzle game, you must defeat the rebellious Princes of Megiddo before they overthrow the Pharaoh and plunge the Two Lands into chaos Once again, the challenge will not be an easy one as you battle through 88 awesome, all-new levels. You must use your mystical winged scarab to shoot magical spheres, making matches of three or more to destroy the approaching colored spheres. Stop them all before they can reach the Pyramids at the ends of the paths…or all of Egypt is doomed.

I know rlslog covers “scene” material, but come on guys! You don’t really have to cover everything. Somethings, like this piece of whatever, would not be missed were it to have been overlooked by any staff member.

Its like reading the newspaper and making headline news is about a whale getting stuck on the beach somewhere. Is that the best news out there suitable for print?

Dunno which came first Luxor or Zuma, but Zuma is definitely the more playable of the two games, I guess its just more fun spitting a ball out of a frog than some arkanoid bat thing

This game is about 2 years old. It’s the stand-alone expansion for the first Luxor.
However, this must be the Retail Release since it’s 210MB which means it must come loaded with other games demos because the game itself is about 10MB…

Some more info: Luxor is made by a casual game company called Mumbo Jumbo. It came to life after the success of Zuma, but Luxor is much better in graphics and sound. It’s faster and more entertaining.

Having played a zillion Zuma/Luxor clones the latest Luxor 3 is the best of this type of game, IMHO. There was a live torrent not so long ago…

Look the Halo 3 dude must really want that game badly. i hope he gets it for Christmas, Second, You people complain too much about stuff thats FREEEEEEEEEEE. If you don’t like it then fine but I feel that Release Log can post what ever the Heck they want. Somebody might dl it. Seriously it costs a lot to keep there site up so the least people could do is appreciate there work instead of complaining all the f’n time.
