    Well, I must say the scene groups botched this one up. First they take a lot of time to make the rips -even though it is clear that everyone and their mothers are waiting for this one-, and then they release episode #2 instead of the first.. They do a great job overall, but not today…

    @kxKS, actually the "big" scene groups (FQM, FoV, LOL, DOT, XOR, DiAMOND, VOMiT, LARCENY, etc.) release stuff to Usenet first, then it trickles down to torrent websites.

    STG, aXXo, KingBEN, etc. are examples of groups/people who release to torrents.

    you should use the direct dl links i just finished dl epp 2 took me just over an hour.
    look for interchangeable links dl each part from difff sites then when its done it will unzip to 1 file.
    quickest way..

    Scene releases to topsites first which=private FTP (they call them PRE's) which then couriers trade on around the world. All this happens pretty quick and communication happens through IRC and then it trickle downs to torrents, newsgroups, rapidshare, p2p, etc…..

    Yea, I still have NOMP+ as a backup. I found it used to skip some files from time to time. This would screw up my live feed on my XBMC. I also use to get a crash error from time to time (I think it was some NZB files that did it)

    Now I use Sabnzbd I have no problems. I can limit speed (For when im browsing) and it also links in with newzbin. I also have a plugin which updates my XBMC with the new downloads (For the library).

    Check it out. There is a col windows version called Sabnzbd+

    It also supports SSL which I also had problems with with NOMP+

    We have so many groups who would have normally released this by now. We would normaly have 3+ copies flying around.

    So why no episode 1s? I wonder if somehow the powers that be have screwed up the signal for the first episode? Maybe they have managed to track the recorders.

    Sounds far-fecthed… but normally id never believe things like this…

    But how else do you explain no episodes? If someone had screwed up i would expect it to be out by now…. Normaly a screw up is fixed within 1h…

    SPOLIER ALERT!!!!

    it shows the others camp with the houses and then it shows the guy from all the dharma videos and hes about to make a new one. then he gets interuppted and has to go to some underground place where construction is going on. One of the construction guys starts talking about how they can see something behind this wall. Its like an xray and it kinda shows the wheel that ben spins to move the island. The dharma guys freaks out and says that they cant drill there or because it will release the energy that they can use to manipulate time. Then it shows daniel there and thats where the video starts. This, by the way, is a flash back so it basically shows the daniel was already on the island before.
