Lost S03E10 HDTV XviD-NoTV
I’ve just finished watching the last episode 10 of LOST, which was released early in the morning. There were 3 versions as always, the basic HDTV one which has 350 MB and then two others: HR and 720p, having 700 MB and 1.07 GB respectively in the size. You can download all of them at NewTorrents or at any other website. Now few words about the plot of episode 10 (called also “Tricia Tanaka is Dead”).
Summary (SPOILERS!): As Kate, who remains torn over leaving Jack behind with the Others, and Sawyer return to camp, Hurley finds an old DHARMA van in the woods and attempts to use it to help a fellow survivor in need of faith.
I’m sad to say this but this was just another episode not pushing the story forward but rather developing it into the width with no use. It could be summarized in few minutes, rather than in 45 minutes of no real plot. Yeah, it was better than previous episode 9, but still pretty much behind what I was used to see from this show. There’s no wonder the audience numbers are getting bad in the States. We could have already enjoy some Hugo-centric episodes in the past, so why to add another one with his father and founding this car. The return of Sawyer and Kate is fine, as well as the last few seconds in the night, but this can’t be enough to fill a whole episode for God’s sake! I really hope authors of LOST will do something totally unexpected, or it may have a bad end…

its really difficult to keep watching idd…. i think they do that because they dont know what else to do….
I really liked this episode… realistically you can’t expect revelations every episode, the flashbacks are what is known as ‘character development’
The people who are complainging about Lost are probably the same people who, if the show was action action action all the time, would be complaining of the lack of depth of characters.
So STFU.

As amusing as this episode was…the writers need to start answering some goddamn questions quickly, or more viewers will drift away. All that will be left watching will be fanboys like format, who probably downloaded it anyway.

As far as I know, they’re planning to have 6!! seasons of Lost :-/ I really can’t see that the way things are going now. I already thought after season 2 that there’s hardly anything interesting left to do … but as you wrote, they broaden the plot and keep on broadening it. Sucks. I’m not sure if I will even keep on dl’ing it.

Good episode. I can understand however way people are complaining, there are problems with the show (some terrible characters were introduced, slow pace, more enjoyable to watch on DVD etc.) but it is still better than a lot of the other TV stuff.

Character development? If I want that I’ll go watch a drama soap or something. Some character development is OK but enough is enough already! I liked this show because of the mystery, suspense, si-fi, action fell of it.
This last episode has confirmed what I was dreading, that lost is going nowhere. the writers probably have 2 or 3 episode worth of good material and have managed to stretch it out to a whole 22 episodes.
Yes I know I’m ranting, but…meh. I’ve decided to skip the rest of the season. I’ll just download the whole season when it ends and then fast-forward through the crap and get in a good half hour’s worth of entertainment.

I laughed so hard when they found the car. I thought to my self “is this really the best you can do”? I mean the episode is about a car! Really sad. This would be the worst Lost episode so far if the last one hadn’t sucked so badly.
Episodes like these are needed for Character development. They can also seem like just plain old “filler” – which (lets face it) this episode was.
it was a really bad-filler episode. I mean come on, 45 minutes to start a freakin’ car because of hugos father related issues? This is not character developement. This is 2 totally pointless filling episodes one after the other. “stranger in a strange land” was even worse..
this show is turning into shit. the first 2 seasons had me glued to my couch watching the story unfold every week. now i d/l a couple episodes to watch in one sitting and still nothing ever happens. what a fuckin shame
Worst episode in a long time. This just brought nothing. The whole Hurley bit was not only boring, we’ve all seen that before. We know he used the numbers for the lottery and we know he thinks/is cursed by them.
The “finding the car” bits were too long and drawn out. I mean, the first scene in the episode is Hurley’s father telling him he has to have faith. We get it… the car runs on faith. Enough already.
Not to mention the editing was sloppy. Several scenes were messed up, like the dog running with the skeleton arm. One cut shows him holding it at the hand and next cut it’s lower down the arm. There were several of those kinds of things.
after a hard day in uni, i was glad to see something amusing, athough no plot development the episode was fine and made me smile which is always good enough
and goddamn that spam protection shit!
All these english sheep-shaggers in uni shouldn’t even be allowed to watch this show.
This was more or less the same story as when Hurley wanted to build a golf course, so it didn’t really say anything more about his character than what was already new.
As for the father thing it really didn’t explain anything new about Hurley, it just felt patched on. They already have a lot of characters with big father issues, Locke and Jack foremost but there might be more.
I still watch the series but the thing when you couldn’t wait until next week to see what was going to happen I haven’t felt in a long time. Now it feels more like a sitcom, it is ok, but it doesn’t really matter if you miss an episode.
I liked this episode, I agree that every episode can’t be a revelation filled blockbuster. This story filled in some important background on Hurley (i.e. the trigger for his weight problem) and I really liked it when they got the car started. Also they have started a potential major plot thread with Rousseau, Kate, Sayid & Locke going after Jack.
Lost is not a perfect show, but it is so much better than most of the dreck that is out there…

Fuck we should be so lucky if they didn’t air this crap over here but unfortunately, the greedy pigs are sponging every last penny out of it.
this show used to be unmissable, but now it’s turning into a boring drama. there’s hardly any mystery in it now. they should end the show after 4 seasons and leave it at that. but with episodes like this they could go on for 40 seasons. hopefully with the ratings falling like they are, the writers should realise that they should end it soon. i’d prefer another season and a half of quality lost episodes, than another 10 seasons of this crap.
That episode surely didn’t impact like an asteroid (like previous episodes of the third season did)!! I do agree with that.
But in my opinion, it’s not that bad… They have to reduce the speed, otherwise you won’t feel, when it increases for the season-final; which I think is about to be startet by Locke, Sayid, Kate and Roussou, who now reach out to get Jack back from the Others.
Don’t know the correct english ideom for that: In Germany we call it “The silence before storm” !
