Lost Planet Extreme Condition-Unleashed
Do you have a Directx 10 card? Do you want to actually play a Directx 10 compatible game that will show of all the new next gen effects? If the answer to both those questions was yes then your in luck with Lost Planet Extreme Condition from Japanese powerhouse Capcom. Even if your not in possession of the latest Directx 10 graphics cards you can still play this game in DX 9 mode which will lower graphics a little. Still you need a really up to date system to play this game anything below a Geforce 6600 or equivalent wont fly here. Anyway this was first released on the Xbox 360 almost a year ago so yea this is a console port. The developers claim to have added all sorts of new stuff but I’m sure it wont add up to much of a difference as with most ports. Gamespot have an early review of the PC version and it has scored almost 1 point lower which is quite a lot for what is effectively the same game. Really shows how the quality between different versions of the same game change. The team who released this, UNLEASHED are usually known as a CLONE group but this time they have included some cracked files as well, most likely because Capcom choose to use Steam as the copy protection instead of conventional systems such as SecuROM. So unless the likes of RELAODED, HATRED, ViTALiTY etc can do better (they probably can) there wont be another version. If this looks like it floats your boat then start the whopping 7 GB download now!

Combining a gripping single player campaign and intense multiplayer modes with support for up to 16 players online, Lost Planet is an epic gaming masterpiece. Enormous world maps unfold as players battle hostile creatures in blistering weather conditions across vast snow fields and blazing volcanic areas either on foot or in armed, robotic Vital Suits.

The PC version will feature enhanced graphics and effects to optimize the realistic presentation and explosive action in the game, including better shadows and more detailed textures, as well as higher monitor resolutions. In addition, the game will include a new lobby interface that has been adapted for the system. Players will have the option to play either using a mouse and keyboard or a gamepad controller. Capcom will also partner with NVIDIA® on their “The Way It’s Meant To Be Played” program to showcase the incredible gaming experience that consumers can expect with a PC equipped with the latest NVIDIA GeForce graphics processors.

Features:
- Extreme Conditions: Battle enemies and the environment. Conserve heat from enemy bodies and keep killing, before your temperature drops.
- Survival Tools: Defeat giant Akrid using numerous weapons and “Vital Suits” that can upgrade into fast-moving vehicles and heavy tanks.
- Band Together: Beyond the 12 epic single-player missions, take the battle for survival online with unique 16-player multi-player action.
- Vehicle Based Gameplay: Jump in and out of a variety of heavily armed vehicles not only to help players traverse the treacherous terrain, but eliminate the terrifying enemies that threaten their survival.
- Vast Arctic Environments: Snowstorms, arctic winds, towering mountains of ice are all stunningly realized, creating a truly immersive and cinematic event of epic proportions.

@ caLm horiZons:
Read the first paragraph.:/ no torrent yet.
ok but where’s the torrent??
Sniny, you may want to consider using a gamerankings link instead of(/in addition to) linking to IGN and Gamespot. Gamerankings (owned by Gamespot, I think) calculates average scores and provides links to all major websites’ and game magazines’ reviews. It can be particularly good source of information for all those games that get released in Japan and Europe much earlier than they hit the U.S. and, therefore, lack any kind of American press coverage at the time when they get mentioned at RSLOG.
Oh, by the way, thanks for the heads-up
Ironically, Gamespot is currently the only place that has a review of the game

That is the 360 version, this post is about the PC version and was only pre’d about 30 minutes ago so it will take a while before it comes onto pulic trackers especially since its a dvd9.
BTW this has been unnuked: [UNNUKE] [Lost.Planet.Extreme.Condition-Unleashed] –>>[fine]
Those system requirements are interesting, I saw a report of the game in beta with the laqtest hardware and it got very bad framerates. Is this still true?
How many RARs? I know it’s DVD9, just wondering how many RARs there are.
Its already on a private tracker. I dont know if its ok to post their site but I wont, unless someone says its ok. It’s a hefty 7GB torrent @_@
Theres 79 rar files
ChineseWarr!0r
you can post it, it’s ok.
Since the release is not on torrent sites or p2p networks how do you know when a release comes out and whether it’s nuked or not?
Hah, I was just about to ask about this after seeing direct links on russian gamewarez sites!
Thanks, hope torrent appears soon.

btw why no post about Fantastic.Four.Rise.Of.The.Silver.Surfer.TELESYNC.XViD-PUKKA?
I am getting this from a private site ^^ at 1500 kb\s, have to wait 40 min then i have it ^^ (i hope my rig is enough)
AMD64 3000@2400
1GB
7800GT
Looks like a very fancy Operation Wolf remake. Probably worth to download, but not to buy. Remember, Capcom = arcade. So don’t expect a complex game with large open maps.
Ow, and I’ll just wait for the Dopeman rip…
He already has Shadowrun and Halo 2 out and working. That guy rules!!!
Good speed on this so far, 1,2MB/s ^^
http://thepiratebay.org/tor/3727983/Lost.Planet.Extreme.Condition-Unleashed
Hi thare i have tried the demo on 4 different rigs but the frame rates ware the same about 25-30 frames, a wanted to know
if anyone has the same results like me.i hope its just the demo thats doing this problem
holy cow, grabbed it in 5 minutes at 20 mb/s from scenetorrents… gotta love proper seeding
I played the DX10 demo on Vista (duh) and yea framerate was about 20-30fps on my 8600GTxxx although it was pretty solid and never went higher or lower.
After playing the demo I thought the game was a bit meh - they still have things like “Press (red)A to activate” when you walk up to things, so they didnt bother to change things like that which is only usefull if you play on PC with an Xbox controller.
To be honest it looked just like I was playing the xbox360 on my pc - gfx weren’t overwhelming, gameplay itself kinda sucks - not only are you getting attacked and losing health but the friggen weather drains your health too. What kind of moron would send anybody out in the freezing cold to fight without a warm-suit?
I’ll be giving this a miss…
Can anyone confirm that this release is working? Plz list your OS too.
Is my radeon 9600 too bad to play this game? it has shader 2.0
if i change worst graphics
cant play it copter need 3.0 at least to play. it will refuse to run.
hey WOW, can i plz get an invite to scenetorrents?
it would be very very very nice
btw my email is nitesamba31@gmail.com IF you are gonna invite me. i have a demonoid account
oh damn ..
thx anyway
@nitesamba:
Congratulations, you just signup for more spam to your gmail box…
jeez, some people are brainless regarding this kind of things, or they just don’t care?
@johnny
“wow, is it that big ? O_O”
That’s what SHE said.
Does anyone know if this release allows multiplayer/online?
i think 7300gt is already shader 3.9 right? how come its not supported? or is it just 7300 gs?
shader 3.0 >_
i find it completely okay for X-360 to port games to PC. i mean, you can use an X-360 controller (wired/wireless) on your computer now. so it should just be a matter of your specs, not control.
Does any one here know if this release still need a connection to valve’s servers at all time only to play, or is that removed?
Cheers
Lost Planet’s strong single-player campaign stands out, in spite of buggy online functionality and other missteps.
Should’ve brought a can of Raid.
It’s easier to destroy this giant grasshopper than it is to connect to a multiplayer match.
Good
* Stunning environments and creature designs
* Enjoyable boss encounters
* Firefights against enormous bugs are fun and
exhilarating.
Bad
* Broken netcode may or may not let you into a
multiplayer game
* Various technical and porting issues get in the way of
the enjoyment
* Short single-player campaign is relatively easy.
I just bought a new P4 HT 3.5GHz
2.5GB ram
ATI Radeon X1650 Pro 512Mb
I can’t wait to play this!!!!
Well whome, I hope you like slideshows and/or graphics from 1999, because that’s about what you can expect from this game given your machine’s specs. It runs like ass half the time on my FX60 x1900xtx with the details turned reasonbly high, and even then it doesn’t look nearly as good as the 360 version. Shitty, shitty port.
Well @Post the game doesn’t need any valve server connectivity or anything it works offline, also it worked well with me when I turned off anti-aliasing and set anisotropic to 4X with resolution of 1024×768, my specs are:
Processor: Intel E6600 (2.4 Core 2 Due 4MB cache)
Ram: 2GBs Kingstone
VGA: ATI X1950Pro 512MB GDDR3
cant wait to download t but guys can someone plz invite me to scenetorrents my id is rocky_aj17@hotmail.com and abhishek_jain007@gmail.com
sorry its abhishekjain007@gmail.com
@ rotak
I don’t know what your talking about.
Just tryed it on my new pc, and it plays with no problems
And everything is maxed out except the resolution.
I play at 1280×720
LPEC works with Geforce 7300. I have tested with a 7300 Go.
But it works only on Vista and not on XP ;°
enjoy!
The Unleashed crack dosn’t really work it says Connection lost During start-up.. and i wonder why i cant play in directx 10 with my 8600gts.. ?? Anybody got some useful thoughts about this..?
Can an ATI Radeon x300 SE with 128mb handle Lost Planet?
“It can be particularly good source of information for all those games that get released in Europe much earlier…”
Yes, if you want shity review.
European reviews are the worst. Japanese are the best.
Althou here in Japan we don’t get many games earlier than others. Besides it’s pointless to have a review just from europe when everyone has different taste in games. Only someone with a closed mind thinks that their are better or right then others. I read many euro review when they said game was good i played it and it was crap.
anyone has the unleashed crack only?
7GB is way to much for me. just the crack would be great. can anyone upload just the crack?
Can an ATI Radeon x300 SE with 128mb handle Lost Planet EC?
Anyone having crashing problems??
After a few minutes playing my system crashes…
=/
crashing roblems is gone!!!!
I installed new beta drivers from nvidia 162.18
Nice game.
core 2 duo e6600
geforce 8800 gts
2g ddr2
I installed the UNLEASHED version and patched it with the UNLEASHED 1.2 update. However, I can not create a LAN match, it just stays at the “creating match” screen and nothing happens.
I know the Unleashed version is offline only (no steam required), but LAN game are considered offline too (no internet).
I hope there is a way to play LAN, any help is greatly appreciated.
Can an ATI Radeon x300 SE with 128mb handle Lost Planet Extreme Condition?
@CRIMSON
I don´t think so, maybe in the lowest quality. I had a geforce 6800 gts 256MB and didn´t work for me. My solution was upgrades.
I think a 7300GT should be able to handle this game since it is design off an G73 graphics archetecture and not the G72 like the 7300GS an LE. beside the the G73 archetecture is the same one use to deign the nvidia Ge-Force 7600GS and GT. thats all I nkow for now.
Yes the 7300GT can run this game. I just run a system check from nzone.com and they past it as a minimum requirement. so that settle the issue then.
Thanks Hypper, I definitely need an upgrade. ATI 9800!!! Yea Boi!!!
Thanks Hypper, I definitely need an upgrade. ATI 9800 is screaming my name!!! Yea Boi!!!
can a ati 9250 256mb handle this cauze this place says it does
