Here’s the unlocked STEAM version of Lord of the Rings: War in the North. It doesn’t need any decrypting anymore, just unpack and wait for a crack. All the languages are included!

Description: Unseen lands from the world of Middle-earth are awaiting in this visceral action-adventure RPG. The Lord of the Rings: War in the North is set against the backdrop of the famous trilogy, yet forges its own distinct path with a new story and an exciting take on the popular genre. It gives players the unique opportunity to explore previously untold stories in the realm of Middle-earth during the journey of the ring. Innovative cooperative gameplay pits you and your friends against the dark forces of Middle-earth.

    hey anyone tried to change graphics from a cfg. file from game directory,
    or maybe changing values on regedit from 0 to 2, or 3?
    i dont have the game but i think that works
    also if you change graphics settings on a .cfg file make it read only.

    DO NOT download ALIcrack.
    It is a serious virus,runs a PATCHER.. exe,then copies two other folders and four exe files to c:/program files.
    Then a WINDOWSDEFENDER exe file to c:/users/”username”/appdata/roaming folder.

    All trojan and other viruses.
    If u got this “PATCHER…” folder in your program files directory,you will be in big trouble.
    Almost impossible to delete it,even if you boot up from boot disc!!
    My Vista after cleaning and deleting all the harmful files kept force my browser to use a proxy server:
    127.0.0.0
    Of course there was not connection!
    I had to reinstall firefox,and Opera.

    Use divfinst.exe to delete all the virus by hand,what Antivirus software could not.

    @Matteo, just wait for proper scene release. Played on xbox and it’s fun. It’s not worth getting your PC screwed up with some amateur p2p release & crack.

    Game looks really old and is a bit on the Meh side, pretty much an insult to Lord of the rings.

    The graphic is because of the crack. It doesn’t save your settings and is low even if it says maximum on the settings. Wait for scene or a fix. Check YouTube for gameplay and you will se that the graphic is much better.

    If you had bothered to look at any gameplay or the most recent walkthroughs you’d see how ludicrous your statement is. Though the forced minimal graphics setting is annoying.

    Regarding the crack.. I agree it does work, there is no virus. Everyone who says it’s a virus is either a troll or an idiot.

    Ali’s crack works fine and it’s virus free.
    Now the gfx is another matter, but regardless the gameplay is very enjoyable, story not so great but decent.
    Don’t mind the dumb reviewers out there. Game is great in co op.

    my steam account just got hacked last week, took my paypal and credit card details and bastards bought stuff. Cant find any fault except that pc was infected and hacked. I hope you all learn from my mistake !

    has the pc version lan coop? I couldn’t find it and when I try to start a multiplayer game all the options bring up the message “the connection has been lost”. Is this just online coop? or is it a crack issue?

    108, the cracks I found here are all working but antivir says there’s a trojan inside.. I have just disabled it since it may be a false positive as often happens with it. Hte game works on single player but no way to get the multiplayer to work. Has this game LAN or is a crack issue?
