   I started the first episode but couldn’t get over the fact that Lisa Bonet has a job?????? I couldn’t watch it. I’m going to give it another try.

   This version is decent enough, Not quite as good as the original UK version – but good all the same! I like harvey keitel, however… He just doesn’t have the physical presence to make the part of Gene Hunt as menacing as his british predecessor. The script writers need to make him far more wittier too, thats a huge part of this characters persona…

    Unfortunately this remake is far worse than the Office for example.
    Shame, but this version is dull and unwatchable for somebody who knows and loves the original..
