I first listened to this song “Run” in the finale of “One Tree Hill”’s season 1, and it was originally performed by the Irish band Snow Patrol. Now British singer Leona Lewis records her version of this song, which I think is pretty good. If you search on the Internet, you will find that Leona’s version gains much popularity after the single was released. Here is a TVRip of the music video from group mVa, enjoy!
The music video for “Run” was filmed in South Africa and was directed by Jake Nava. It starts out with Lewis alone on a dusty trail, seemingly lost. She enters a dark forest and appears to be being stalked by the viewer. In the final chorus, Lewis draws in the sun and the forest literally lights up, matching the lyrics of the song.

Great song, really, but, as is the case with most cover versions of songs, the original by Snow Patrol is waaaay better IMHO.

It’s really not. We’re just two different countries – the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. It’s nothing like saying Northern Spanish or Eastern Italian. Snow Patrol’s members are actually a mixture of Northern Irish and Scottish lads if I remember correctly.
Besides, it’s not REALLY as if something like nationality could really start “wars”…especially not here, eh…
