posterOk, last BluRay rip i posted (Shawshank Redemption) i said i dont usually post, but i have to make an exception to post Leon The Professional. Another of my favourite movies of all time, i remember watching this for the first time when i was a kid and absolutely loved every second of it, if only i had a big enough download limit to download this (damn it). If you havent watched this movie before i strongly recommend downloading and watching it.

Mathilda, a twelve-year old New York girl, is living an undesirable life among her half-family. Her father stores drugs for two-faced cop Norman Stansfield. Only her little brother keeps Mathilda from breaking apart. One day, Stansfield and his team take cruel revenge on her father for stretching the drugs a little, thus killing the whole family. Only Mathilda, who was out shopping, survives by finding shelter in Léon’s apartment in the moment of highest need. Soon, she finds out about the strange neighbour’s unusual profession – killing – and desperately seeks his help in taking revenge for her little brother. Léon, who is completely unexperienced in fatherly tasks, and in friendships, does his best to keep Mathilda out of trouble – unsuccessfully. Now, the conflict between a killer, who slowly discovers his abilities to live, to feel, to love and a corrupt police officer, who does anything in his might to get rid of an eye witness, arises to unmeasurable proportions – all for the sake of a little twelve-year old girl, who has nearly nothing to lose.

    One of the best movies of all time, finally in HD. And according to the running time it is director’s cut, too (which is 100% better than theatrical one).

    I thought this movie was rather boring. There are only a few parts that are decent. This movie could be trimmed down to just 30 minutes and it would be a lot better.

    Too bad Besson stopped directing and Hitman movie was such and utter stupid action crap.

    According to IMDB (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0110413/) this is NOT THE UNCUT VERSION (runtime 136 minutes) but instead this is the international version with a runtime of 133 minutes. Good enough though, at least it isn’t the regular version which cut out quite a bit. I think I can survive missing 3 minutes.

    no idea what is in those 3 mins or if they are included in this release.

    Regarding Running time. The differences with the Director Cut and International version are related with 30fps versus 25 Fps Framerate. So 133minutes in 25fps means 136min with 30fps. No differences….just a framerate difference.

    Indeed quite a movie, and especially appreciated for the Director’s Cut.

    The film was too good for its time, but would have been accused untruthfully for a number of things.
    Bit seeing it as it should be, it is ok and pretty good.

    If you look at the release info it says the full size is 6.63GB but the RS links posted in @44 sums up to 4.4GB thus IT IS NOT this release.

    Don’t download it.
