Law and Order CI S07E01 HDTV XviD-Caph
It’s hard to believe but these popular TV series can have a really long life span. Law and Order: Criminal Intent enters its seventh season and it still attracts millions of fans (every episode of last season was watched by 8.9 million people in average). The show is now aired at USA TV channel instead of NBC, which will show older episodes and original Law and Order serie. Detective Eames reopens the murder case of her wife in this first episode called “Amend”.
“Law & Order: Criminal Intent,” takes viewers into the minds of its criminals while following the psychological approaches the Major Case Squad uses to solve the crimes. In true Sherlock Holmes-fashion, D’Onofrio (”Men in Black”) stars as Detective Goren, an exceptionally bright homicide investigator with well-honed instincts that match up favorably with his criminal quarry. Likewise, his partner, Detective Eames (Erbe, “Oz”), brings an independence and stylish edge to her work that meshes well with Goren.

The 5th was 3 days ago. And a HDTV rip is better then a DSR rip.
HDTV - High definition. Always WS unless otherwise noted.
DSR - Digital Satellite/Stream Rip. Low quality. Refers to all 480i Stream rips. Fullscreen unless otherwise noted. Sometimes ritten as DSRip.

both releases are the same, same video fps, bit rate, resolution, audio (well one is 133Kbps the other 128Kbps)
Can’t really remember if the no-tv one was fs tho’ so i’ll give you that.

NoTV’s release is the exact same resolution, and thus, the same 16:9 aspect ratio that the show is presented in. Save for the minuscule difference in audio bitrate, the two releases are almost the exact same. Meaning, that Caph’s release is a dupe, and was beaten by 3 days. Nuke.

Except that the DSR broadcast, like I tried to mention is from a 480i stream, which is cropped for widescreen, while as the HDTV broadcast is downsized from a much higher resolution. Hence the quality, especially in text, is more clear.
