Lavasoft Ad Aware Pro 2007 v7.0.1.6 Incl Patch-DEC0DE

Group DEC0DE have come out with their second good release of the day with Lavasoft’s Ad Aware Pro 2007. This release includes a nice patch, and will update/install for you, version 7.0.1.6.

A breakdown in security at any company, large or small, has much larger implications than the typical spyware attack against home computers, and thus requires a more powerful anti-spyware program. Even the most advanced home users will appreciate the power of Ad-Aware 2007 Pro.
Program Features:

  • Redesigned Engine – Benefit from superior program flexibility and more accurate scanning methods with all-new program architecture.
  • Improved Code Sequence Identification (CSI) Technology – Boost your privacy protection with precise detection of embedded malware, including known and emerging threats.
  • The Scheduler – Set automatic scans and updates to fit your personalized needs.
  • Incremental Definition File Updates – Save precious time and resources with smaller update files resulting in faster download times.
  • Plus many more!

    Ha!,

Lee, I know I ribbed you a bit last time, but just want to say that I hope this release does not have a Trojan included in it like the previous post of this app!
    See:
    http://www.rlslog.net/lavasoft-ad-aware-2007-professional-edition-v7013-dvt/

I’m sure there isn’t, since that would be just rotten luck on your part. :)

Anyway if you want to update the pic above with the new GUI (to keep blunden happy) here it is:

This is not the Pro edition as the filename states. It’s the home edition. Here’s proof:

That would be because you haven’t applied the patch yet.

Seems once this is patched it is indeed the Pro version, but if you let it update fully, it will replace the patched .exe files and it becomes the Home edition again. Pretty sloppy work. I’d prefer a keygen over a crappy patcher.

I did apply the patch. The problem was I updated Adaware afterwards and I wasn’t paying attention when I let it replace the patched .exe files with the original ones.

Don’t let it autoupdate either otherwise it will revert to Home edition.

This site seriously needs edit buttons on the posts.

Do you actually even need one of these? Every time I scan for spyware it doesn’t find anything.

this is not a scene release though is it?

    So why post it?

If you have to ask, you’ll never know…

Yes, you need this mixed with some common sense. Avoid Outlook attachments, Limewire/KaZaa and the porno tubes (at least, on your computer).

Sorry my bad lol, I took it for granted that it was listed therefore it was a scene release, it hasn’t pre’d, like all the DEC0DE releases tonight.

Anyone who installs cracked or patched security software is asking for it.

Why even bother when you can get reliable security software for free.

    August 6th, 2007 | 16:18

    Dont trust non-scene rls….
this is a bad thing for rlslog.

  21. ultra777
    August 6th, 2007 | 16:21

I wouldn’t even install a scene release of security software. No offence.

At least if you use the free stuff you know you got the software in its truest state.

You all make me laugh

Please don’t post P2P releases; if you lower your standards to posting any shit release, this site will turn into another crappy P2P site…or is it already too late?! Don’t forget what made this site unique…no crap, just pure scene. Just look at how many other websites started to copy you guys! But it is you that has to set the standard. It’s OK for other sites to post non-scene releases and other such crap, but Releaselog is better than that!

This used to be a cool site covering only scene releases (you’d be surprised how many sceners visited your site) but slowly, the n00bs are moving in…Don’t let that happen

@hibby: I didn’t mean to be a smart ass. ;) It just thought I might mention it if someone wanted to know. Just to point out that the new version is pretty different GUI wise.

I just use the free version now days as you seem to get the ad-watch that I needed on my brothers computer (or else I have to clean it from crap once in a while).

Crap. Sad to see Ad Aware going the Norton way. Now its just a bloated piece of junk.

    I recommend sticking to 1.6SE.
