Sorry about the late release but i just woke up, the R5 of Lakeview Terrace was released by COALiTiON about 2 hours ago. Ive been wanting to watch this, i was tempted to watch the FS screener released by KingBen a few weeks back but im glad i held out now

A young couple (Patrick Wilson and Kerry Washington) has just moved into their California dream home when they become the target of their next-door neighbor, who disapproves of their interracial relationship. hey i have watched about 50 minutes of it and is a good copy. only for about 10 seconds does the audio and video get out of sync but not a problem at all. i cant wait to see how it ends.

Just watched it this morning. Quality is pretty good, I would give a 8,5/10 for video, and 8/10 for audio, but actually it’s out of sync for maybe one full entire minute or something, then comes back good. But yea it’s out of sync, I wonder why nobody mentionned that. Nuked.
It goes out of sync at about 38:50 and this lasts for about 30 seconds however it doesn’t distract from the a good quality movie.
Any English subtitles for this one ??
What’s the best site for subtitles to the latest movies and tv shows ?

Why are you blantanly lying ?
As alreay mentioned, it goes out of sync ONCE for about 30-40 seconds (BADLY out of sync it must be said…).
Apart from that though it’s fine.
Good movie too ! Just finished watching it and Samuel L Jackson is on top form.
Sync issues
