Here we have a nice looking Hong Kong crime film written and directed by Felix Chong and Alan Mak. The film stars Sammi Cheng and Eason Chan. Cheng plays a police officer assigned to help investigate the kidnapping of a corrupt red diesel kingpin’s (Chan) son, thus beginning an unlikely alliance between fellow cops and criminals. This DC rip contains an extra alternate ending.

The film marks Cheng’s first feature-film role after a three-year absence from the Hong Kong cinema scene, her last film being the 2005 film Everlasting Regret. After filming, Lady Cop & Papa Crook’s release date was delayed several times, due to the film not meeting Chinese censorship standards, which result in several scenes being reshot. The film later received a confirmed Hong Kong release of 1 January 2009 in Hong Kong and Singapore

All shades and power-dressing, Cheng is fine as Inspector Maureen Szeto, who’s a whiz at work but hasn’t been laid by her b.f. in years. When the young son of Hong Kong oil smuggler John Fok (Eason Chan, colorless) is kidnapped, Szeto & Co. set up camp in Fok’s home, where cops and crooks uneasily collaborate on solving the case.

    problem w/ this after unraring the 4 parts only to get 12 more rar files named "pl-lob5a". i think one of them is part .0 since it keeps refusing to unrar and join, saying i'm missing part .12

    Is everyone aware there are 2 versions?

    one is 92min & 698mb (732,100,608 bytes)theatrical cut?
    the other is 98min & ???mb, Director's Cut (aka 'DC')

    Theses are the subs to the 98min (DC) version, as uploadjockey may be as well. The Team Refat is the shorter version but is packed with the subs.
