And here is the scene release of Kung Fu Panda VHS screener. But seems like it’s nuked because of stolen P2P source (Kung Fu Panda Screener-RUBENR) which we posted earlier here.

Plot: It’s the story about a lazy, irreverent slacker panda, named Po, who is the biggest fan of Kung Fu around…which doesn’t exactly come in handy while working every day in his family’s noodle shop. Unexpectedly chosen to fulfill an ancient prophecy, Po’s dreams become reality when he joins the world of Kung Fu and studies alongside his idols, the legendary Furious Five — Tigress, Crane, Mantis, Viper and Monkey — under the leadership of their guru, Master Shifu.     There is a XVID recode of the original screener out on thepiratebay. The person got it from RUBENR, its 2cd an is the best version out.

    i had the tube one and after 53 mins there was heavy pixelisation to the end of the movie still watchable but why put up with that when rubenr copy doesnt do this.

    So, basicly, mVs stole Rubenr’s and reduced the resolution from 720×480 (AR 1.50) to 512×384 (AR 1.33) which was probably the original ratio on the VHS source. So, apparently, Rubenr messed up the ratio by doing a Full SD (ntsc) video. They should’ve made it 640×480 to keep it to 1.33.
    Anyway, according to IMDB, it’s a cinemascope 2.35 ratio, so the 1.33 VHS screener is missing quite a lot of picture on the left and on the right… Too bad ! Stupid american VHS !
    At least, that gives a real good audio source for a future cinemascope (R5 ?) video. Fingers crossed.

    There is some pixelization in the second part of the film, which comes very noticeable during the scenes that have fast action.

    Other than that, it is very watchable for a tape screener.

    I am eagerly waiting for a DVDRip to see it proper.

    TUBE version has far superior sound to the RUBENR rls. Everyone says RUBENR is better than mvs, well TUBE is better than RUBENR so I’d recommend going for that one.

    This release looks pretty washed out, but it looks fine if you adjust the brightness/contrast and turn up saturation.

    I don’t know if mVs stole it from Ruben, but in any case this is a CRAPPY encode…it is full of pixelation every 5-10 minutes. Folks at mVs should spend more time making a proper encode than trashing everybody on their nfo.

    Conclusion, get the rubenr relese…

    @60, if you are talking about the new P2P release, Kung Fu Panda DVD Screener b7r, yes it is 4:3, full screen. Judging by the comments, it is by far the best release out, at the moment.

    Tube version gets EXTREMELY pixellated at the 54 minute mark. The first half is really nice but after the 53:30 mark it suddenly starts looking like a horrible flash internet video.

    Just got B7R release, I’m not sure if it’s DVD and the aspect ratio is 4:3, however this is legit and it completely smoke rubenr and stolen.rubenr.mvs. releases. Best rip at the moment.

    in TUBE realese there is a pixelisation at the middle until the end.
