    Damn shame, the movie(pilot) was barely watchable but the actual show is by far the worst of the year. Pretty sure this wont make past January.

    this show gets download figures in the 1000’s on most sites.. so its pretty popular. i found the acting a bit cheesy myself. but most series start out crappy like that.. i remember chuck in the same manor.. then it got better. or maybe u got used to the “style”.. whatever.. it wasnt all that bad, im gonna continue watching it.

    After the pilot, it was pretty obvious what the result was going to be. Bland acting, weak screenplay, unconvincing technical sequences (the way Traceur keeps looking at the center console while he drives… puh-leeze). Jury’s out on the peculiar low-angle filming of driver and passenger in the car, with dreamy landscapes seen through the windows (reminds me of the end sequence in the original Blade Runner)… but, OK, I’ll let that one go. As for the special FX–car transforming, or being dumped down by a C17 (?)–well, that’s just chewing gum for the eyes and just serves to illustrate a fundamental principle of TV/movie production… all the special FX in the world will never save crap screenplay.
    The only saving grace in this show is the spectacularly beautiful Deanna Russo as Sarah. Seeing her stripped down to bra and panties at the end of E01 was certainly worth waiting for :-D And her acting was at least passable.

    @ 22: Totally agree, American “sports” cars suck in comparison to European cars, this heap of junk can’t compare to a Ferrari, Lambo or even a Porsche, they should have used a Veyron, but obviously with the crappy budget they needed a crappy car.

    This is by far the worst show ever….
    someone mentioned that its been downloaded in the 1000’s, there has only been 1 episode, so i think everyone will download it at least once to see what its like.
    I bet if you had a look at your states again for this week, you will see it will be downloaded in the 10’s :)
    WTF was all the car jumping about in the first episode, i soon deleted it from my hard drive after that!!
    Even KIT took a run up, not just hovered in the air!! lol..

    Bring back the Hoff!!

    I think when you look at the whole picture here you really have to let it all the rest go and focus on the real victim. Poor KITT has been raped so badly his ass wiggles when he runs and I think he even enjoys wearing that tutu :(

    Close. Galpin Auto Sports (GAS) produced this Kitt.

    The pilot was fairly interesting (a bit too Generation ‘X’ with the gutar music), but the first episode was just, meh… it was like watching Transformers and CSI Miami mashed together. It’s not as good as that sounds though, believe me. Hopefully the storyline improves, as well as the dialogue, acting and effects, otherwise this is going the way of the Dodo.
