Kaizen Software Home Manager 2008 v3.0.3005.0 Incl Keygen-Lz0

There’s a special software almost for anything these days - and while it’s quite normal to have a list of all your CDs, movies or games, having a special application for home inventory seems little too geeky eve for me. Home Manager from Kaizen Software is exactly such an application, it will allow you to track all important information about home little home kingdom.

Do you need a way to track all your “stuff”?  With Home Manager you can organize and track your home inventory.  Easily enter the details about your belongings, and use the built-in search feature to find it again quickly.  If you already have a lot of digital pictures, simply drag and drop them into the program to automatically create new inventory items for each one.

Organize your inventory by category and location, and drag and drop items from one category to another.  Keep a running maintenance and repair history for your assets.  Print a home inventory report (complete with digital pictures) for your insurance agent; backup your data for safekeeping, and get the peace of mind that comes with having a full accounting of your home inventory.

Product features:

• Home Inventory Tracking for one or multiple residences
• Track costs for home improvement and repair
• Store your book and movie information in a database
• Track warranty and insurance Information
• Import an unlimited number of digital pictures
• Search your inventory to find records fast
• Backup your inventory to disk, floppy, or as an Email Attachment
• Print report for off-site storage.

I think it’s a very useful application what with all these drug crazed teenagers around pawning Toasters & whatnot. Between them & all the aluminum foil that goes missing… I’m gonna download this twice. Just to be safe.

@ realdeal & everyone else saying this is pointless.

If u had a fire at your house and had to claim everything with the insurance, you will wish you had this program.
Just dont forget to keep a backup in a safe place cuz if u lose everything in your home u most likely wont be able to access your computer ;)

  16. GOTGOLF
    March 10th, 2008 | 21:50

i agree with nestea, having lost everything in a house fire and then trying to write down everything you had for an insurance company is a pain in the butt. i wish i would have had this, you could keep a copy in a safety deposit box or give one to your insurance company.

    March 10th, 2008 | 21:52

I personally think that it is a good idea. Maybe even handy for older people who are writing their wills. Nice post.

    March 10th, 2008 | 22:02

:D yeah. they would better create the program which would tell you where your head is so you don’t forget it somewhere. is this really all that scene releases have to offer us at this time?

    March 10th, 2008 | 22:32

hehe good program - just imagine if you dont make a copy and you get robbed and they take your computer. always keep a hard copy or a cd incase of a fire or a robbery

Where is the scene rel with keygen?

  22. Dan
    March 10th, 2008 | 22:40

Wonder if anyone has checked the crack to make sure it doesn’t phone home with the details of the contents of your house?

  23. gar
    March 10th, 2008 | 22:44

Wow. If this is as good as it looks, it will be worth its weight in gold.

On February 5, my house was completely destroyed by a tornado. Now, in order to collect the insurance for my “personal possessions” I have to sift through the rubble looking for model numbers and serial numbers and to jog my memory about exactly what I had.

And remember, make a copy of the inventory to disk and store that disk some where far away from your house. Better yet, email it to yourself and five good friends. :-)

    March 10th, 2008 | 22:47

Seeing this more as a hotel or that sort of inventorization management app, rather than home. I mean - who would need to catalog his own home…
    Maybe someone else’s home(being a burglar) :P

the keygen contains backdoor trojan and spyware.
    thats pretty sneaky.

  51. Lanz537
    June 18th, 2008 | 02:06

I spent two days recovering from multiple spyware and trojan viruses I got from this release.

    Thanks a lot for nothing!

What kind of jerk would do something like this??

  52. Lanz537
    June 19th, 2008 | 03:34

    Do not download this.
    I mean it.
Symantec, Macafee, and AVG can’t help through this one.
    This really sucks.
It serves up a hughe payload of viruses and viscous spyware.
    It highjacks your browser.
It erases your product ID so that your windows reports itself as non genuine.
You get 1000 pop ups of fake virus warnings trying to get you to download software.
You get your desktop high jacked with a stupid red virus alert thingee.
    It changes your clock display.
    It disables your Internet connection.
It erases all your system restore points.
    It hides your drives.
It disables your ability to edit the registry.
    It disables task manager.
It removes all programs, control manager, and log off.
It calls home to the Ukraine.
    Its some piece of work.
