Juno DVDSCR XViD-HLS

After the p2p release of this movie it was to be expected that a scene group would also release this movie. There are two differences between this version and the p2p version firstly its a scene release of course and secondly its only 700 Mb otherwise pretty much the same. Enjoy as I only noticed one watermark and no black and white scenes!.

The word “quirky” has become the quick and easy way to describe films such as LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE and LARS AND THE REAL GIRL that straddle the lines between indie and studio films and comedy and drama. While JUNO fits into that same category, this distinctive dramedy is in a class all its own. Ellen Page(X-MEN: THE LAST STAND) stars as Juno, a witty teenage girl whose boredom doesn’t lead her to the mall. Instead, she makes a one-time trip into the arms of her best friend Paulie Bleeker (Michael Cera). When Juno discovers that she’s pregnant, she’s forced to grow up fast as she tries to find adoptive parents for her quickly growing child.

you dont have to click the flyupload link 10 times, cause theirs and easier way.

    First: click “Continue To Download”

Then: In the explorer bar at the end of the link type an extra %3D at the end of the “==&c=MTA%3D”

Next: Replace the three letters in front of the first %3D (as shown above) with an MA.

click enter then it will bring you to the final page where you can just click “Download Now” and your off.

Saves you the hassle! Enjoy :)

I find it so funny that the scene hates p2p so much, yet they steal a movie from it. This is obviously the earlier release on p2p networks, and all that’s different is they re-encoded it, and added their name to it. What’s up with the scene these days? It’s filled with hypocritical jerks!

    It’s interesting this movie didn’t raise a huge sh1t-storm in the bible-belt since it’s about underage pregnancy (she’s 16)

why are there now 3 versions going around?

the ddl links people are posting here are for the “d-team.ws” version, whatever that is

so what’s the difference between these 3 versions, other than the original p2p is oversized?

I saw this in the theater it was a good movie, not great, the way everybody makes it out to be, the music was the best part of the movie, the lead actress did a good jobs, there was no real twist in the plot, you knew from the beginning how the story would end, but still worth a download.

@92 thanks a lot for the link
@ 107, I used link from #92, and the movie is complete with credits and all.

Where is the property mark? I browsed through the movie, but did not see anything, does, approximately what time in the movie does it occur?

    Thank you.

I really don’t care about what HLS did, they got it out there and that’s all that matters right? I mean it is funny talking about property and rights on a piracy forum anyways.

In BalD’s defense though, he didn’t re-encode the piratebay source for No Country for Old Men as he was able to supply the source DVD-R as well. No Country for Old Men was never stolen.

ELLEN PAGE ROCKS! She is definitely an up and coming so keep a look out for her!

  40. scene or nonscene - quality!
    January 14th, 2008 | 04:13

The 1,12 GB non-scene release has the superior video quality (720*468 non-square pixels) when compared to the HLS scene release (592*320 px). Both have the same aspect ratio.

Since I watch all movies on a computer with MPC or VLC or the like, I don’t give a damn about size specifications - as long as the encoding parameters are chosen sensible.

    Here we go:

    http://img402.imageshack.us/img402/6749/junozi8.jpg

It’s very infrequently on, and doesn’t disturb the viewing of this movie at all.

The video is very crisp, as can be expected from a screener. It also seems complete.

All this fighting over who stole what from whom is just stupid. If the various groups didn’t place so much emphasis on getting releases out first and putting their name all over them, this wouldn’t happen.

As for the size issue; I’ve heard it said that scene releases are always sized to fit on one or two CDs because that’s what most Divx certified players will play. Divx certified players were created because people wanted to be able to play the videos they get off the net and they played what was in use at the time. If the groups started releasing files that were larger than a CD, the players would be updated to handle them. I know someone with a Divx player and it had no problems with a DVD-R I burned, so space isn’t really an issue any more.

Unless the DVDR has menus, a DVDR release doesn’t mean squat in terms of proof.

TGP’s sister group and xvid division IMBT re-encoded I Am Legend from p2p source. That same source was used by TGP to author into a DVDR. The same can be said about this HLS release. Look at the resolution of the p2p source.

    January 15th, 2008 | 02:51

    @165
    Q: Which release to get?

A: Get the 1,12 GB non-scene release if you want the best video quality available.

Get the 700 MB HLS release if downloading bandwidth, filesize and it being playable on standalone devices is essential.

Both do most probably stem from the same source (or maybe the nonscene is even the source for the HLS), they have the same tiny shorty non-obtrusive property messages and excellent audio (HLS’s is slightly louder). The nonscene thingy just has higher and better resolution. I started watching HLS, but when I realized how good this flick is I dl’ed the 1,12 GB release and watched that.

This is a good bad movie and nothing more. The only meaningful scene was between father and daughter when she announced her pregnancy. Otherwise, it was predictable, the lead overacted, but the music was appropriate for a fluffy, feel good comedy.

The ‘50 files’ are probably just the 50 .RAR archive files. RAR files are like zip files, a lot of these videos are archived inside about 50 RAR files. Just download them all and extract the ~700mb AVI file inside of it.
