I just spent the last 90 minutes trying to learn how to use it and am now dumping it. 1) It has NO resume capability when downloads get broken...even if you are using a premium account. 2) It has not installation/uninstallation facility, even though it makes changes to your system registry. 3) The interface is clunky and counter-intuitive.
