It’s been a while since last decent game so every gamer probably appreciates this new release of PC version of Iron Man. The movie is a big hit right now and this game will only extend the popularity of Tony Stark. This action game isn’t somehow revolutionary or spectacular, but it can serve well as an entertainment for few hours, especially with the flying mode.
Marvel and SEGA bring this invincible armored hero to theaters and video game platforms in 2008. Iron Man, one of Marvel’s most indestructible crime fighters, is blasting onto video game platforms and the big screen next year! Armed with a high-tech suit and a variety of weapons, the player will take on entire armies on constantly evolving and chaotic battlefields. The epic, action-packed Marvel Studios production will be directed by John Favreau and stars Robert Downey Jr., Jeff Bridges, Terrence Howard and Gwyneth Paltrow. Thrilling sequences from the film will be featured in this third-person action game, immersing the player in the explosive militaristic combat with loads of additional content created exclusively for the game.

..i dont believe this…for half a year they were releasing propaganda and screenshots for this game and it all sounded good, then well i played it on xbox360 and i was shocked, i thought i am playing some unfinnished lowbudget title.
the only thing positive in this one is the flying, its real entertaining…but then again you have a thousand hectic helicopters flying zig-zag like ufos and stressing you with another thousand rockets you have to dodge.
if you love hectic and stress along with a high bloodpressure then THIS IS THE GAME FOR YOU!

What a disappointment . I thought this game would be better than the usual movie games but it’s even worse ! Graphics are bad , and you can only change the resolution of the game and nothing else .

Obviously there are no setting for the game except resolution but why when playing with a game pad i can not modify the keys? They are just put on some static places and there is no movement of the cross hair up and down only left and right??!?

Give us a break people! What would you expect? A massively chalenging game with unlimited playablility or some quick stuff made just to benefit from all the fuss about the movie, now that it’s hot. It always happens the same way. The same applies for the FIFA games, the pirates of caribbean series, the matrix games some time ago. They are a part of movies publicity and are doomed to fade as quickly as the movie…An experienced gamer always stays away from suck projects…

I have downloaded skullptura rip (206Mb), and as said before there are no graphics settings, setting 1650*1080 won’t make it look like the screenshots neither in 2000 years… Didn’t know it was a ps2 port and gameplay with a xbox360 pad is really awful. I would definetly not reccomend download…

To all who have download this, thanks god you save $40 bucks before you buy original pc version it is because this PC version compare to PS3 or Xbox360 is totally different. I’m really frustrated because SEGA develop this PC version under PSP or PS2 platform!!! Ofcourse the graphic look the WORST OR AWFUL ! i hate to say this because you can see the jeep is likely box and the iron man also box.
Even though i have NVIDIA 7900 GT graphic card. It’s NOT BEAUTIFUL or best to play it. Damn’t SEGA can u make this PC VERSION more QUALITY before you release it??!!! Can u develop it again using same graphic Xbox360 platform????!!! Sorry to say i’m very frustrated about this pc version!

when i use my logitech rumblepad to play the game and the right analog stick is supposed to move the camera it only moves it left and right not up and down.Does this happens to anyone else?

They pictures published by sega is really distracting…
The game doesnt even support some of the directx filters that make an image like the screenshots…
No matter you have a 5200 or a 8800..
They just had 2 release it so it goes along with the movie fans..

OK. So pls rlslog guys change the screenshot because it is NOT from this game! The idiots from sega decided to port the ps2/psp/wii versiot of the iron man game to the pc which is a totaly DEFFERENT game from the ps3/x360 version, it looks absolutely horrable and its an overall bad game. The screenshot over there is from the ps3/x360 version which not corresponds with the crappy pc version and it creates confusion for the ppl who want to download this and find out later that its a total waste of bandwith and time and freakin EVERYTHING! So please change the screenshot at least and write an info or somethin to tell ppl that it isnt the ps3/x360 version

VERY BAD GAME, THE WORST I THINK, GRAPHISMS ARE OF 2000 ???????????
This game isn’t all that bad. I would never pay for it or anything, but it’s alright, once you get passed the first boring and completely pointless level. But when it gets going, the combat is pretty strategic and the action is pretty fast and, dare I say it, fun. You have to really watch your ammo consumption, or you will be stuck with your slow ass repulsars.
And I can see that most people who are expecting a grand epic Iron Man masterpiece of a game might be dissapointed, because it is alot more like an old school arcade game, but go figure, since Sega made it.

After seeing all these ”very lovely” comments (NOTNOTNOT!)
You’d now really have to understand this game is Super Super Bad. It’s got the gfx from Fifa 98(a game from 1997 i guess)
And gameplay + AI from a far older game, cause compared to Fifa 98 This is really crap.
Well, My advice is to mailbomb SEGA and DEMAND a better version ’cause this is the RAPE of IRON MAN, which was one of my hero’s in my young years.
Damn… Such a Shame…..
All in all this game is rubbish. But downloading the rip and playing it for some time is a bit fun. Only a bit over 200megs so it wont take a lot off your bandwidth, anyways no point downloading this then. It is unbelievable people are trying/ are allowed to sell this kind of crap. There is no open world nor chaotic open-ended battlefields, well sure chaotic but not open in any ways. Few fun things in this game anyway… I would recommend this game for anyone. 1½/10

q – when I download it gives me a rar file, then I extract, which makes it an iso file, then when I try to load the iso file it brings ups my nero to burn it to disk, am I missing how to just install and play ??? Any ideas? Thx

@chris: I’m getting the same problem with my Dualshock 2 as you are. The right analog stick only moves the camera left and right but not up and down causing the camera to sometimes become locked in an awkward position when I thrust. I don’t know if this is the crack or the game was just poorly designed for most controllers.
Finally got around to getting this game… Too bad the link TAKES YOU TO STEPHEN KING’S IT (in surround sound though!
