DASH justed released the R1 DVDRip of Iron Man, and now group SEPTiC has just released the 720p BluRay rip of Iron Man. Good movie in my opinion. Enjoy, samples coming soon.

Tony Stark is the complete playboy who also happens to be an engineering genius. While in Afghanistan demonstrating a new missile he’s captured and wounded. His captors want him to assemble a missile for them but instead he creates an armored suit and a means to prevent his death from the shrapnel left in his chest by the attack. He uses the armored suit to escape. Back in the U.S. he announces his company will cease making weapons and he begins work on an updated armored suit only to find that Obadiah Stane, his second in command at Stark industries has been selling Stark weapons to the insurgents. He uses his new suit to return to Afghanistan to destroy the arms and then to stop Stane from misusing his research.

    @4 Copy them onto a flash drive, and then copy them to your PS3 hard drive. Easy as that.

    well ps3 is fat32, that means it can’t see a file over 4gb. Also I don’t think the ps3 plays x264 without transcoding it does it? I believe it’ll play mp4 and avchd. basically if you want high quality, wait til a 1080p avchd dual layer release comes out.

    Looks like a perfect release, first of it’s kind at that. This is what I was waiting for. (And the BD iteslf, of course!)

    @ ant: If it’s AVC video (H.264 MPEG-4) and AC3 audio (DD 5.1) in a MKV container like it usually is, just use tsMuxeR or MKV2VOB to quickly remux into a M2TS file or Blu-ray AVC disc. Retains all the quality and it’s quick. That or burn to a DVD using something like ConvertXtoDVD or AVStoDVD.

    @ant yeah oakside is right mkv2vob is really fast and really easy to do as well. convertxtodvd is probably the easiest and if you want something to make custom menus there is tmpgenc dvd author and i think the other is pinnacle but it’s been a while since i’ve used that one. You can use a dual layer dvd and it’ll look awesome, i have 1080p stuff on dl dvds

    You need to convert them some other format, I’d google on tips how cuz it is pretty hard at first. The PS3 wasn’t able to read files over 4GB before, but it can now. To transfer them, just set up a server on your computer and use the web browser on your PS3 to download it straight to your HDD. That’s what I do on my Mac.

    Best way to view on a PS3 is to run it through MKV2VOB. takes minutes. choose the ’split’ file option if you want to copy to USB to transfer to PS3 or better option is to stream using TVersity.

    1280×528… that’s an AR of 2.42. Why didn’t they rip at 1280×544 (genuine 2.35)? DASH’s SD release is 640×272… real 2.35. Look at the sample images of this HD rip, then resize to 1280×544 with a graphics editor like IrfanView. You’ll see the difference. This rip is overstretched by 3% horizontally. Net result… I’ll DL, then resize with AVIDEMUX. Or maybe I’m wrong (?).

    Erm, can anyone confirm why there was a repack when there was a subfix? Is it becuase of the missing subs and/or becuase of the AR thing that #51-devious posted about?

    Don’t worry I am pretty sure it’s for the subs only, not worth it with the original & the SUBFIX, plus the repack seems to be almost double the size (on TPB)!

    Here is how to add the subs to the movie…

    Go download MKVToolnix and once you’ve installed it open mkvmerge GUI.

    Click on the “Add” button on the “Input” tab to add both your MKV and SRT files as sources. In the “Tracks” section select your SRT track and then on the “General track options” tab underneath that set the language to whatever is appropriate. You can also set the subtitle track to show automatically by setting the “Default track flag” to “Yes.”

    At the bottom of the mkvmerge GUI window you can set the output file name. You’ll need to pick a different file name or a different path than that of your original source.

    Click on the “Start muxing” button to create your new MKV container.

    Okay so the warning from winrar gives a correct mkv movie, altought the 2 last minutes end credits are missing, and I got “buffering” when I opened the file with MPC, other than that the movie works fine.

    @101 : usually teams prefer DVD5 with a few recode (Iron.Man.DVDR-DREAMLiGHT for instance)

    I hope this is not a “noob” question but with the netload links and megashare like how the hell do you download all the links? Are you guys starting one and then coming back 45min for the second part? I tried to use getright and downloadThemAll but all it downloads a .html file.     Hey for those that want to burn this movie onto a standard dvd, I have found a way. You will need to convert the .mvk file that you download into a .avi. You can convert the tile for free using mkv2vob and changing the files type in the configuration section. Once the files is converted, open up Nero Recorde and select the file. On the right side select the option for High Definition tv and to have the movie fit on a 4.7 gb dvd. Once the burn is complete, you are good to go.

    ok. i converted it to dvd using convertxtodvd 3. i play it in my blu-ray player and it works great. looks great. sounds great. my question is…the total size is only 3 gigs, is that normal?

    The password http://www.hemenbul.org does work at the beginning, but when extracted the first file, it comes a error, password incorrect. If i use http://www.hemenbul.org its not possible to begin the extraction, same error, incorrect password..

    I have a question:

    I downloaded Iron Man 1080p from megaupload files but when I opened it it was playing in Francais. It had only 1 audio track and that was Francais. I dont want to let my download go waste. Is there a way to add english audio track?

    Please help.
