    you unrar all files.

    after you have a .ipa file, just double click on it, then place it to itunes, plug your itouch and sync. it.

    Dude's you have to have a jailbroken phone/touch but you also have to install (mobile installation) with cydia,then you will have no problem's using itunes to install these apps.

    anyone know a good site to get these from. also if i have a game already downloaded on my phone from itunes, and i jail break it, is there any way to put it back on my phone with my progress in it saved.

    Here's a few basic steps. Google if you need anything in-depth:

    1. Update your iPhone to 3.0, then jailbreak it using redsn0w.
    2. During the jailbreak process, select 'Install Cydia' (choose 'Icy' as well if you want)
    3. When the jailbreak is done, run Cydia, and add 'http://cydia.hackulo.us' to your sources.
    4. Search for, and install 'Appsync for 3.0'
    You're done! All cracked apps should install just fine now.
