Yesterday I posted 2 Korean films and today I’m proud to present you a very promising Chinese action film named “Invisible Target”. Why promising? The first minutes of the film promise for a pure action movie like one we saw with Jackie Chan “New Police Story”. LOL, I just found the cover of the film and it says “From The Director of New Police Story”, so I think I might be right. The reviews on the internet talk about a very good packed action film with allot of good scenes as the screen shot I made here under. The quality is very good, coming in 2CD’s with Ac3 sound. Enjoy another Asian film!
An armoured truck carrying $100 million of cash is attacked by a criminal gang which calls themselves the “Ronin Gang” with explosives as it stops at a traffic junction in front of a jewellery shop. All the security guards were shot dead except one, while responding police officers suffered serious casaulties under the gunfire of the heavily armed gang members. The explosions also killed several civilians, including a lady in the shop. Six months later, the same gang reappears in Hong Kong, injuring a group of policemen, two critically, during a spot check. The dead woman in the jewellery shop was Crime Investigation Department detective Chan Chun’s fiancee, while the injured policemen are led by Trainee Inspector Fong Yik-wei. Both officers vow revenge on the criminal gang…

LOL at the exploding cars crappy CG special effects screenshot.
It also stars the son of Jackie Chan, although he is more the feminin version of his father. The one to watch in this movie is a young actor by the name of Wu Jing (possibly the future replacement of Jet Li), who plays the leader of the robbers.
Korean films = GAY.
I just found the list of movies Benny Chan has directed, and I have to say he has done a good job.
Wow…. Nicholas Tse & Jacky Wu…wow definately gotta check. I know it wont be better than Flash Point with Donnie Yen but I have high hopes.
Asian films are starting to be the best when it comes to action films.

Does anyone know if you can burn this on to a disc and play it in a divx dvd player with subtitles? Every other film that I’ve downloaded where the subtitles weren’t embedded in the video, I can never get them to work on my dvd player.

if you are after a good action movie without fantastic plot (but huge list of stars), this is the one to watch.
For people who want the english subs!
Go to opensubtitels.org and check Nan er ben se (2007)
(the chrichton version,since that one is in sync)
“Invisible Target” is a good action movie! And ignore the fake cgi explosions! Most of the stunts (chase and fighting scenes) are done by the actor themselves! You can see that! The only true martial artist in this movie however is Jacky Wu or Wu jing (also stars in Tai Chi Master and Fatal Contact)!
Jaycee Chan (Son of Jackie Chan) isn’t trained in martial arts! And he only has acted in a few movies! He is actually a singer/musician!
It is not fair to compare this movie to Donnie Yen’s “Flash Point” Because that movie is in a whole other league!
Donnie Yen and Colin Chou (The matrix reloaded) are both skilled and experienced martial artists who have been making these kind of movies since the eighties!
Lots of good actors in this flick. Well rising star actors that is.
For those having issues downloading it. It’s because the idiot who upped the torrent named the sfv file .plus.sfv, Windows won’t create these files and most linux clients won’t accept it because it’s technically a security risk.

Can anyone find english subtitles for this?
The subs that came with the download were not English even though they said so in the .nfo You can download the correct subs from http://www.opensubtitles.org/en. Search the name of the movie that imbd shows – “Nan er ben se” and the first one on the list the subs.
This movie is full of BLAST! I love Korean and Chinese action movies!
