Intended Victim – IneVitable (2007)

Scene group GRW released a new album IneVitable from death metal band Intended Victim few moments ago. This seems to be a 2007, thus a 2-year-old album, but it probably didn’t hit the scene yet, so here’s your chance to get it. According to first reviews, it seems to be pretty decent.

Intended Victim is a band from Australia that was formed in 2003 by drummer Mark, vocalist/bass Ross and James on guitars. When James was replaced by Jamie and Martin the band was complete and start working on material. Intended Victim is combining thrash with death metal and adding progressive elemnts to the songs. But what atracts me the most are the guitars. Not only shredding the riff but also great leads with passion and feeling. Fast finger tapping with virtuosity and melody. Only for this you should listen to this album. Love it. Vocal style is screaming and growling in strong up tempo songs. And again there is that guitarwork.

    Metal is awesome! At least its real music made by real people not like crappy hip hop or rnb that most of you little kids listen to. This group however sounds too much like trash for me. Trash being a musical type like slayer for you uneducated kids.

    That's the wrong photo! I play drums in intended victim and I dont look like any of those guys!
