It'll play Crysis and COD4 at decent settings and it plays C&C3 at full with power to spare, plus i havnt hit the cieling in overclocks. They seem very fast to me. Intel could help themselves bridge the gap in time maybe by allowing a few gaming notebooks the ability to unlock the core and overclock? It would cost next to nothing and definetly bump up the sales of a few laptops AND definetly bump up the sales of those cpus. I have now a T7300... ive been upgrading as the new ones came out from my T2400 to my T7200 and then this slight upgrade to a 4mB l2 cache. The speed on this laptop is amazing. I am selling it though, i need the money. Anyone want an ASUS G1S gaming edition laptop w/ all boxes and in perfect condition for $900 shipped? I have an account on ebay with 100% positive feedback we can do the sale safely through there. Specs are: T7300 Cpu, nVidia 8600GT GO 512mb which is an underclocked version of the fastest laptop gpu the 8800GT. And my GPU is overclockable. 160GB sata hd, 2GB ram, DVD-RAM DL (might be lightscribe not sure) 15.4" BEAUTIFUL WUXGA+ i have seen a ton of lcds on laptops and this one was one of the best combination of a matte and glossy lcd. built in webcam, 802.11 N-G-B-A wifi. .
