Intel measures their TDP under "general use" situation. Typically, its 80% of the actual max. So expect it to be more like 60W. (Which is pretty darn good for a quad-core). AMD on the other hand, measures MAX TDP and advertises that. In reality, its actually alot lower, as no one actually maxes out their CPUs completely and continuously.
