The crack has adware -- Win32:Delf-MZG [Trj]

No big deal, except Avast's latest VPN update now reports it as a trojan, and Windowz won't let it run when installed.

A lot of the crawler type toolbars are coming up hot too...

What - did you say PAY for antivirus?

Why would anyone pay for a media player? All this does is use the windows codecs installed, so it's no better or worse than MPC for actual playback, just the interface is better.

Also can this decode h.264 using on the graphics card (DXVA) out of the box, or do I have to jump through hoops (Cyberlink codecs) to get it to work? If not I will stick to MPC home cinema which does it out of the box.

@pay,

I am using free version IDIOT, and I never never want to buy a MEDIA PLAYER because there exists "media player classic" for everyone.

This media player is BAD-ASS.
EVERYTHING can be customised (advanced settings).
Updates & automatically configures ALL codecs as well.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I am very cautious of downloading apps with all these w32 viruts going around, even if they are scene approved. I can confirm that the publishers hotfile link is clean and working. Screenshot of my running processes after install as proof : http://img688.imageshack.us/img688/5513/29927981.jpg

I do not use av's , as I don't trust them so if you scan it you may return a false positive on the crack. Though I do guarantee it's safe.
