Plot:
As the light fades and the city goes to sleep, two forces emerge. They are invisible except for the power they exert over us in our sleep, battling for our souls through dreams. One force delivers hope and strength through good dreams; the other infuses the subconscious with desperation through nightmares. John (Chris Kelly) and Emma (Quinn Hunchar), Father and Daughter are wrenched into this fantastical dream world battle, forced to fight for John’s soul and to save Emma from an eternal nightmare. Separate in their journey, they encounter unusual characters that exist only in their subconscious. Or do they? Ink is a high-concept visual thriller that weaves seamlessly between the conscious and the subconscious. Ink has been hailed as the new “it” movie and compared to cult classics Brazil, Donnie Darko, The Matrix, Dark City and Pan’s Labyrinth.

    post here maybe once a week..only when something needs to be said. or out of unadulterated disbelief..

    agree with #9, this movie is C or D grade. it’s like a high school project with final cut express editing. absolutely low budget replete with horrible acting. oh man, the costume of the kidnapping gremlin who beats on the bongo drum! I feel grimy just thinking about the filth.

    the drunk elf guy with the black electrical tape over his eyes (not joking, that was the costume) part where he was laughing (the worst acting ever)…after the girl got hit in the head by the nerf ball… that was when I turned it off.

    atrociously bad movie. drop some acid and you might enjoy it. otherwise, I am also jaw droppingly bewildered by the idea that some company funded a blu ray release of this film.

    imdb rated this movie high, because it was very creative. not to say the plot was original, but it was still a good story. The popping in and out in the beginning of the movie was cheesy looking, but this is not a major hollywood film. this film is the epitome of movie making, what hollywood might have used to be ages ago. the action/fighting is great, the incubus’ are awesome looking as well. how can you criticize a movie if you dont even watch a 1/4 of it? it’s not the best movie of the year, but it’s still pretty effin good.

    if you’re on the fence, give it a try….it has high reviews everywhere for a reason.

    i can see why some people hated this movie… its not what we are used too it is low budget and not the greatest acting, but if you can get past that, this movie is Awesome just don’t expect any flashy effects or camera work
