Hi Folks. This new Indi release hit the scene some mins ago. Its a Telesync and looks actually quite watchable (if u judge from the sample). I willpersonally wait for R5 to see this movie, or go into cinema next week :)

    Was in hysterics at the end…..in fact so was the entire cinema, Harrison delivers certain lines in the film with the acting skills of a plank of wood, the writers have lost that true indy vibe of the first three, and the cg makes it look like a damn game. So disappointing, im gonna watch iron man again……….and please will someone help me kill Shia Lebouef

    there are a lot of asian films that are better than american films. hollywood movies nowadays are loosing ideas in storytelling, i guess that’s why they are just remaking foreign films and/or getting asian directors/writers to recreate their art for american audience. Such as the upcoming Nicholas Cage flick “Bangkok Dangerous”.

    If it wasn’t for Akira Kurosawa there won’t be any Lucas or Speilberg. If no Takeshi Kitano/Takashi Miike, Tarantino’s films might be boring.

    totally dif source a lot cleaner,@ the start regarding the credits you can see all of cate blanchetts name as with the other kamera source it was half cropped off..imho a lot better but im gonna wait for a proper proper ;)

Tarantino improved upon what he’d seen, gave it his own feel and twist, just as kurosawa did with the directors before him….so stfu….and imao ive yet to see an Asian film that can touch pulp fiction

    Was a let down. Poor dialogue, weird plot, not funny like the old movies. The actions scenes weren’t as good either. They of “borrowed” parts of plot from the other movies to make this movie which was pretty lame. Shia Lebouf was the only character I liked in it. The movie was a C+

    Shia LaBeouf… the most infuriating little upstart in all Hollywood. Had to bear this little runt right the way through Transformers… and swore I’d never watch another movie if his name was anywhere in the cast. Wide-eyed over-acting and grating voice pitch… just torture to the senses. No I don’t wish him dead, and no I don’t give a damn where he comes from or what his religion is. I just don’t want to lay eyes on him ever again. Just my opinion of course. If he actually has fans, all power to the guy.

    for anyone waiting, there won’t be an english scene release with the german source, since they write in their nfo ‘NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO USE OUR SOURCE!’. if you are looking for a version with this video source and english audio you have to go to your p2p source and search for an 1.4gb verion with english audio, only chance until another good source hits the scene.

    Warning: if you want to try it.

    AVI: Variable bitrate (VBR) audio in AVI is non-standard and you may encounter sync errors up to 8348ms when attempting to extract WAV files or processing audio in Direct Stream Copy mode. Full Processing mode is recommended to decompress the audio. (bitrate: 120.1 +/- 10.6 kbsps)

    either trainspotter is a pro or a liar. i think he is the latter yes u r right joey we do try i have tried to make the german film into 1 avi thats no problem the sync is good for first half of film then it goes out of sync. so i split the audio in two thentried to do it that way and still no good . so best of luck to you trinspotter i give up coz i have a life and cba to be bothered to mess with this anymore :)

    err stimpy-read back your posts at 15.51 you posted that this couldnt be done at all-at 16.00 you said you were trying it and at 16.10 you gave up. so in nine minutes you made the german into one file? in ten munutes you had the sound perfectly synced for half the movie then it went wrong? you are talking nonsense! so please dont claim to be one of the hard working people who try to help us all by putting in some effort!giving up after ten minutes is no effort at all and your timescales are blatant lies anyways.

    Look, this is a work day for me and I’m trying to do this on my little laptop in my “spare” time. Lets stop the name-calling. This can be done many ways. What I’m doing (right now) is using VirtualDub to re-encode BOTH the video and audio of the prevail file in FULL PROCESSING mode. I’m converting the VBR audio to 224kbs (48k) CBR with “Sync o video” enabled. Once I get that file I could stip off the audio as a wave file, and stick it right onto the German file. That file (if I ever get it) can be joined in seconds with .AVI Joiner. I was also going to send the outputed prevail file through once more and strip-off the video, leaving an audio-only .AVI that I could post for your use, as it would only be about 200MB.
    What are you doing today?

    German video is better, but not amazing. We’ll take what we can get, though, as I highly doubt there will be any screeners or r5s on this film, as Lucas doesn’t believe in them. If we get lucky, maybe a workprint will surface, if not, it will be TS releases until retail.

    Yes, I re-encoded the prevail file to 224kbs 48khz CBR .mp3 audio, got the binary export of the audio portion, and I also used Sony Sound Forge 9 to create a 1.16GB .wav file. (For some reason when I used VirtualDub to export the .wav of the CBR’d video file, it gave me a 179MB file which plays like a .wav file, but it has just got to be the .mp3 named .wav – so I’m not using it.) I’ll send the .mp3 (CBR) file up to the web now. It should have no VBR related sync issues due to the re-encode. All you need to do is convert it to a .wav file, then use it as the source audio in VirtualDub for the (joined) German release. (I still don’t have the entire German release, so I can’t test it…)
    I’ll post the link as soon as I send it up.
