I’ve only just come round to watching this, and by golly this is awful TV trash. First it sucks you in with some half decent catastrophy story, and then it hits you with dumbass false physics and sentimental TV love stories. Avoid at all cost.

Finally got around to watching this 2-part mini-series. It's only OK really – the two things that let it down were the awful CGI of a shipping tanker floating into the air out of the sea and spilling its containers (considering all the other CGI was pretty good, this was horrible by comparison), plus the mawkish sentimentality involving the two kids, who you just wished would float off into space like the tanker did!

Guess what, I'm back.
Appreciate your comments, I was drunk and pissed off. Believe me – I hate how English language is being spoiled by such mistakes. I'm not a purist but I can't stand "he don't" and "It would of been", etc. I love the language. My green matter seem to be okay though and I'm not English, I come from eastern Europe.

Sorry for bringing in some unnecessary hate, great site, and I have absolutely nothing against Americans – I even finished studies of American culture;)

English is a rich language use it properly, even on the Internet – that was the idea behind the rant.

And about the movie – I'm surely going to see it, I'm sucker for catastrophy cinema.
