This Mini-Series is scheduled to air this summer in ABCFamily channel and ELiA released the DVDRip for you in advance. This TV show centers around humanity’s struggle to survive after a meteor hits the moon and heads straight towards a collision with earth. It’s directed by Michael J Rohl, who has worked on Supernatural and Smallville and stars the lovely Natasha Henstridge from Eli Stone, the show may just be worth watching. This 4-hour long show was released in 2 parts, each in a standard 1-CD size, enjoy!

While the entire world watches the largest meteor shower in 10,000 years, a rogue asteroid, hidden by the meteor field, smashes into the moon in a tremendous explosion of rock and debris. Fragments from the asteroid, and even from the moon itself, penetrate Earth’s atmosphere and make impact. Even though the initial damage is minimal, nerves are frayed throughout the planet. There is significant physical damage to the lunar surface, but experts quickly conclude there will be no lasting ramifications. Then strange anomalies begin to manifest themselves on Earth……

    I have seen this mini serie couple off weeks ago & it's actually quite good.

    The moon that will collide to the earth, something that can happen in real world I think, but maybe billions of years later in the future.

    Just try to be nice a bit more. Doesn't it seem wrong to you? Is it difficult to say film, movie instead of show? Show is something on TV, it cheapens the movie, when used to call it so. I've got nothing against Americans, I just noticed only them overuse that term. That's all.

    Just think, most of these other first world countries are very proud of their own culture while putting down America and Americans at every turn. Now a lot of Americans are doubting their own culture and its continually changing around them.

    Guess what, I'm back.
    Appreciate your comments, I was drunk and pissed off. Believe me – I hate how English language is being spoiled by such mistakes. I'm not a purist but I can't stand "he don't" and "It would of been", etc. I love the language. My green matter seem to be okay though and I'm not English, I come from eastern Europe.

    Sorry for bringing in some unnecessary hate, great site, and I have absolutely nothing against Americans – I even finished studies of American culture;)

    English is a rich language use it properly, even on the Internet – that was the idea behind the rant.

    And about the movie – I'm surely going to see it, I'm sucker for catastrophy cinema.

    Finally got around to watching this 2-part mini-series. It's only OK really – the two things that let it down were the awful CGI of a shipping tanker floating into the air out of the sea and spilling its containers (considering all the other CGI was pretty good, this was horrible by comparison), plus the mawkish sentimentality involving the two kids, who you just wished would float off into space like the tanker did!

    I’ve only just come round to watching this, and by golly this is awful TV trash. First it sucks you in with some half decent catastrophy story, and then it hits you with dumbass false physics and sentimental TV love stories. Avoid at all cost.
