Ice Age 2 The Meltdown: disappointed
I managed to watch famous Ice Age 2, The Meltdown, the sequel of mega popular first part, but to be honest, I’m pretty disappointed after these 90 minutes. If there hadn’t been this squirrel, it would be pretty bad movie. The main plot, glaciers melting down and the friendship of two mammoths is pretty boring and not much remarkable. What’s more, the producers left opened the gate for next sequel, which may appear next year or so, just to make few more milliards of dollars. The rule about second installements has been confirmed and my expectations weren’t fulfilled…

It’s a movie for kids.. I can enjoy Disney movies but you can’t say “the character complexity wasn’t good enough” because that’s the art of making movies for kids.
lots of 3d animated or pixar flickz r enjoyed a lot by adults.
I agree V3ga most of this movies are not only made for kids but for adults as well.
Besides kids arent stupid, you can make character with some complexity and they will still understand better than we think.
i think martin(the person who posted about ice age) wanted to see sex in the movie between the 2 mammoths lool anyways i think it was a guide good movie ok if comparing it with like say shrek naa then t wasnt as good but it was more then an avergae movie.

this movie was just as funny and good as the first one. I cant wait to get the DVDRip! And making a 3rd film is just friggin great.
maybe I need to smoke less watching these films
