Well known CAMERA group came up with CAM rip of the new sci-fi/action movie “I Am Legend” starring Will Smith. Quality of the release is bad, but still looks watchable. If you are into CAMs go for it, otherwise wait for a better copy.

Plot: Robert Neville is a brilliant scientist, but even he could not contain the terrible virus that was unstoppable, incurable, and man-made. Somehow immune, Neville is now the last human survivor in what is left of New York City and maybe the world. For three years, Neville has faithfully sent out daily radio messages, desperate to find any other survivors who might be out there. But he is not alone. Mutant victims of the plague — The Infected — lurk in the shadows… watching Neville’s every move… waiting for him to make a fatal mistake. Perhaps mankind’s last, best hope, Neville is driven by only one remaining mission: to find a way to reverse the effects of the virus using his own immune blood.     Hey I just saw this last night, and It was not the best movie I ever saw but it is one of thoes movies that you need to see on the big screen! IMAX preferably! I mean come on they show like a 6 min Batman preview :)

    reading up on that link about the flamewar and the posting of an IP related to the group they were trying to remove from the scene seems quite stupid. I’m not even talking about the stupidity in regards to a childish flamewar, as the scene is in a constant competition with eachother, it’s bound to bring out stuff like this, but if you post the IP of that one group, aren’t you risking them doing something equally destructive to your group. Evidently that group wasn’t a huge loss to the scene, but what if they’d retaliated and screwed over an important group? //end ramblings

    1555kbps + 141kbps = 1254MB for a 101 minutes vid,
    or 1130MB for a 91 minutes vid.

    Why is everyone whining about the quality of this release and cam releases in general? What exactly do you expect? Start to realize that you have a choice between going to the theater to watch it, if you can, or watching these kind of cam releases. People in the US ought to think themselves lucky that they can watch this movie in the theater, because, firstly, people in China can’t even see this due to censorship, and people in the UK have to wait until the day after Xmas. By the time this movie comes out in the UK, all the hype and buzz will be over, so the cam releases are basically the only option. Why the folks that record these releases do such a bad job of it no-one seems to know. But that they do the job alone deserves some credit.

    I had a thought on the whole CAMERA debate thing. If these other groups would release their content in the same manners in the same timing (or better) that Camera releases their(don’t matter how they got it) content, would there be any reason (or possibility) for CAMERA to exist? I think not. Therefor whether they steal or re-name others work to their own name and release it, it doesn’t matter cause they are still doing a service and getting the goods out to the people that need it. I applaud their efforts and don’t give rats behind who’s name is on the goods. As it was earlier stated the whole “scene” is about as illegal as anything gets these days so who gives a crap about degrees of responsibility. Someone recorded it, someone edited it, someone re-encoded it, someone released it… get together work together be united.

    Video quality 4.5 out 10 (big head in the way through most of the film on right side and overcropped at top). Audio quality 5 out of 10 (although it does go out of sync at times and you can hear people laughing and coughing through out the movie).
    Film is based on I Am Legend by Richard Matheson as is The Omega Man, I believe. The movie on its own is ok, but if I was to base how good the movie is based on reading the story first I’d say it wasn’t very good. Happy sappy endings are not for me, if it would have stayed true to the story it would have been much better.

    what about RnBload? they have nice download speed with parallel downloads through DL manager, same with Momupload.com, files on these sites stay pretty long, not like Adrive/Xdrive/Yastorage, but everything mentioned is better than RS, I don’t see point in paying money for downloading stolen movies, especially if I want watch only few moviesper month, ofcourse there were times when I had RS account and downloaded 130GB/month, but for anyone watching only few movies per month is buying RS account pointless so it’s better to use RnB/Mom/A/Xdrive/Yastorage

    Yo, it’s been a couple days since I saw this at the cinema, but that screenshot at the top of this page is NOT in the movie…I also saw it in the trailer also, but IT WAS NOT IN THE MOVIE. And given what happened in the movie, I’m guessing it is an alternate version to one of the scenes (you’ll know when you see it) that I hope will be on the DVD.

    But what am I talking about…the movie was crap.
    The ‘Dark Knight’ trailer made it money well spent.
