The only sad part of the Red Dwarf saga was the poor American rehash of it… this show is the even poorer re-rehash of the Dwarfers.

I tuned in to the first episode by mistake (thought that Still Game was coming on… i was a 1/2 hour early) and i can honestly say that i was so bored i actualy zoned out completely and started browsing the net for new memory.

Realy bad Show, Bad acting, Bad jokes, Bad plot, Bad sets (even if they are meant to be “cool” bad)… just Bad.

Yeh with the exception of the last couple of seasons, Red Dwarf was truely one of the UK’s best comedy series. Ever. I think the lower minded peons have a hard time absorbing the fast paced wit.

Is it me or does making comments such as “Red Dwarf, a sad British comedy.” invite the type of comments you are trying to weed out?

These type of commnets are bound to create discussion and disagreement, instead of making a comment about the post you are using cultural differences to form an opinion.

Comedy is not universal and is driven by a persons culture and background. It’s your site but if you wish everyone to bide by the “Think before you post a comment!” ruling. Perhaps you need to stop, think and sometimes perform a bit of self censorship when making a post in order for this to work in your favor.

As a Brit I can honestly say this is one of those really bad efforts at being funny ,boring, childish so called jokes,not funny at all .Good timing and delivery of punch lines sadly lacking .Not doing well at all.The BBC are desperately trying to get viewers and most are giving it a miss.Thought they could rehash and update Red Dwarf but missed by a Galactic mile.

Although made on a very limited budget it was a classic show, though the last series was a bit weaker.

The second series is airing now, four episodes have already been aired. This is the fourth episode of the second season.

The episode description is wrong here but the description in the NFO is correct.

The series number is wrong as this is episode four of the first series. The second series is yet to air.
