Mine didn't so I had to create the network service myself! Plug in your iPhone with tethering on -> Open Network Preferences -> Click the '+' ad the bottom of the list of services -> Choose 'Ethernet' as the interface, and name it whatever you want (e.g. iPhone USB)...Ok all that, then give it a minute to pick up all the settings and then your iPhone should be glowing a nice Blue! If not, unplug iPhone and restart your Mac...then plug it in once rebooted and it should work! If not...sorry...I can't help any furthur!
