Finally we have something good for our Rlslog visitors/users/fans. You are thinking what? A giveaway! Hotfile will give prizes to our luckiest visitors. We are planing to give 10 Hotfile premium accounts. Anyone can participate. You need to do only 2 steps mentioned below. Giveaway will be open only for 3 days to enter so dig in right away.

    I do not want to offend anyone from the Rlslog staff but hotfile is working like hell from main Europe even if i use FO at 20Mbit connection. Please post the samples for movies also on rapidshare for us because from hotfile with no pay account we can get download at max. 40KB/s which is back in time… Thank you !

    Never really used this service, I've always used Megashares.
    Fast, reliable, cheap…

    Rapidshares is slow(ish), more expensive & you have to spit archives!

    Still maybe thats a different debate after all lol

    Hotfile doesn't work for me 90% of the time. UK. when it does it is slow, only 1 download slot.

    Any un-biased person would say MEDIAFIRE is the best.

    If here @ releaselog, you cared more about your users, than making money from affiliates….. you would use mediafire.

    MEDIAFIRE makes hotfile, rapidshare, megaupload ect look stupid.
    NO download SPEED limits… FREE (400-500kbps PER FILE)
    NO download SLOT limits… FREE (can download 10 files @500kbps EACH)

    I dunno if half the guys who posted above use there head saying the names will be given to feds or that theres a referrer in the link but geshhh how dumb do you have to be?

    They cut a deal with hotfile for 10 accounts hence the referral to verify who joined hotfile due to the offer.

    This would come in handy for me seeing as rapidshare closed my premimum account which i only repaid for 2 months ago. After 3 yrs the twats did me for downloading what they assume is illegal warez…BASTARDS…didnt even give me a warning.

    We're talking about $55 + $70 + $72 = $197 worth of service.

    Chances are, that these $197 will be paid in part by the mentioned "earn & affiliate program":
    5-50Mb $5 for every 1000 downloads
    50-100Mb $7 for every 1000 downloads
    100-400Mb $10 for every 1000 downloads

    and in part as cost of business for bringing more people to this website.

    It seems like a nice gesture, but I think they are gaining a lot more than 1 hot file account in this sweepstake. Just imagine how many referrals that they're getting (yeah that link up there, it's a referral link). Pretty clever guys.

    hotfile is utter garbage! why not rapidshare? hotfile is the upload of choice for fakes,viruses etc.

    I suspect nobody at rlslog is actually paying anything for this "competition"-if they were actually buying the accounts the prize would be on a decent service.

    you couldnt PAY me to take a hotfile account.

    the speed of filehosting site differs depending of your ISP,location.
    Eastern Europe 100 MB line

    1.Netload(has some days with problems) 2MB/s speed
    2.Hotfile 1MB/s
    3.Megaupload 500 kb/s
    everything else is sheet

    I download from hotfile with my max speed 600 Kb/s. and i use DownloadStudio.
    When i don`t use DownloadStudio my speed is ~40-60 Kb/s.

    rapidshare is the most powerful file hosting atm and hotfile still has a long way to go. rapidshare is able to give you 100 MBit – read – http://rapidshare.com/news.html . if you have such connection speed, you can also buy premium which is definitely worth it.
    you guys please ALL sign up and start use hotfile, and soon it will be slow like e-mule. Rapidshare will be better with that.

    I see a big problem here.

    What if I have 50+ e-mail accounts and I use them to register for 50+ hotfile accounts, and I send all 50+ to rlslog, won't I have 50 entries, and that will seriously up my chances of winning if the winner is indeed chosen at random. Heck, I might even win 2 or more prizes if I submit enough accounts.

    What is rlslog going to do about it?

    @Anybody else talking about FBI:
    you all are morons, learn to use the damn internet and stfu.

    As somebody else said in the comments here (anonymous and vik), state that the hyperlink leads to a registration form with a referral. If you DID state that, then I would register a couple of times just to help the cause. Rather than now that I am not registering at all and entering this competition as I think this is a low-blow to any user that doesn't check what each hyperlink contains before clicking it.

    I hope for more competitions and more giveaways as long as RLSLog states whatever type of "trick" that they are using to give out the prizes…

    Why the hatred? RSlog is giving you a chance to win a premium acc for free. Even if u have a RS/MU/whatever account already, and u win a Hotfile account, that's even better! (you can even remote upload files from hotfile to your RS account and spread links faster!)

    I used to have a Hotfile acc but now i'm using Rapidshare. I like the reward system and the unlimited download limit with Hotfile. The download speeds are about the same as RS but maybe that depends on my location. The only reason for the switch is because RS is more popular. If I could find Hotfile links as easily as I can find RS links, I'd stick with Hotfile (plus it's about $1 cheaper monthly than RS :P ).

    How about better prizes for all the people who get BORKED by all of the BS adware that's on the site?

    If you don't have ad blocking software running the page pretty much locks up. My AV software was probably responsible for the lock up. I'm guessing someone that comes here without ad blockers & AV software gets a NICE LITTLE PRIZE.

    How about a prize for the person who's had to reload their OS the most times.
