First time group ‘kaboom’ were first to attempt the DVDRip of this one, failing miserably with an almost instant nuke (no.ivtc_bad.crop_ghosting). I hope the remainder of their career is more successful. Larceny, who are also newcomers, bring us the PROPER very shortly afterwards.

Synopsis: Based on the popular Playstation 2 game, HITMAN chronicles the frame-up and retribution-packed odyssey of Number 47 (Timothy Olyphant), a bald assassin raised from birth to be a killer and tattooed with a barcode on the back of his head. There’s lots of BOURNE SUPREMACY-style flash-edits and superhuman stunt work as 47 seeks to find out why moderate Russian presidential nominee Belicoff (Ulrich Thomsen) was the client for his own assassination, a hit that 47 pulled off perfectly, except for one hitch: the target’s still alive. For romantic interest we have Olga Kurylenko as a foxy Russian prostitute sold into slavery by the evil Belicoff. She and 47 wind up on the lam together but they’ll never be safe as long as Belicoff is still alive.

    if you love the game as much as I do, please don’t espect anything from this.
    The movie suchs, the storyline has been written by somebody that clearly hasn’t ever been a game addict.

    It was a real disappointment to me…..

    3:10 to Yuma whould be perfect for a game!

    So, if you scan the back of Number 47’s head, would a price come up? This is the type of humor you get from me before I’ve had coffee and cigarettes.

    But seriously, if you don’t take much going into this movie, you’ll have a good time.

    Just don’t expect a Shakespearian quality level of acting or you’ll really hate this film.

    Can anyone comment on the extra 12 mins( release = 100 mins) in this release that was missing from the R5(88 mins). Also Amazon states the Runtime of Unrated = 94 mins (even for the blu-ray). So is this a super-unrated version that has 6 mins more than the Unrated One?

    Hmm…not a good movie. Still it is passable as a Friday night actionfest…Anyword on an Enchanted release which we have yet to see even in R5 and August Rush, NT:BOS & Cloverfield. Ive fingers crossed for an Enchanted DVDRip in the next week as the release date is Mar 18, 2008. Hoping someone will grab a copy and post it soon. :-)

    If there ever is one.

    I just don’t get it, for the “scene” rars are the “rules”, because they leach it from ftp or simular resources, but whoever creates torrents…you already have the dam files on the computer, why not unrar them and then create the dam torrent?!

    files are divided into rar archives because files can get damaged during transfers from one machine to another. instead of redownloading the whole file you only download the broken archives. this doesnt usually happen with torrent but it does with usenet and others.

    For all the people here that went into a movie based on a video game expecting some amazing plot and deep meaning, you deserve to be disappointed…and sterilized for being so stupid.

    It was a great movie if you went in expecting it to be like the video game, violent with some very cool and unrealistic fight scenes with a story to link them together.
