Hitman CAM XViD-HooKah

The first scene CAM of the Hitman movie has been released by HooKah. There has been a P2P release by 2Bros floating around the new for a while which is absolutely horrible, here is the first scene release which is only marginally better. This movie premiered 2 days ago on the 21st so its a pretty quick turn around. As I’m sure you will all be aware that this movie is based on the stealth shooting game of the same name. The anti-hero Agent 47 is played by Timothy Olyphant who is most probably most famous for playing the bad guy in Live Free or Die Hard. Since this is a CAM you cant expect much, the quality is not good nothing near what i would be comfortable watching. Its got all of those CAM features, blurry, pixelation, light flicker, washed colour and low frame rate. The audio is no better and on top of that its out of sync. Still at least there’s a release for this movie now and its still early on so hopefully there will be more to come. Remember to check the samples out before hand so you will not be disappointed!

Plot: Agent 47 (Timothy Olyphant) has been educated to become a professional assassin for hire, whose most powerful weapons are his nerve and a resolute pride in his work. 47 is both the last two digits of the barcode tattooed on the nape of his neck, and his only name.

The hunter becomes the hunted when 47 gets caught up in a political takeover. Both Interpol and the Russian military chase the Hitman across Eastern Europe as he tries to find out who set him up and why they’re trying to take him out of the game. But the greatest threat to 47’s survival may be the stirrings of his conscience and the unfamiliar emotions aroused in him by a beautiful, damaged girl…

    The R5 of this is coming out on December 27th, 2008 according to TOTALDVD RU (scene releases). That’s just a little over a month. I think I can wait. This movie looks like the shiet.

    I watched this movie last night and it is a good one. I really enjoyed it. I suggest watch it in the movies as a month is to long to wait.

    the movie just release, what makes ppl actually think a r5 is in the horizon? the only release that may get early screener rips are oscar worthy films, not films such as this, unfortunately for us. good enough cam for new release.

    im gonna have to wait for a better release. the one thing that makes me mad is there were “things” said a month back or so about “new” movies coming out in American Gangster-like quality damn near dvd. Yet ive failed to see ONE new release in good quality and yesterday was a Holiday..the season is here..if it wasnt gonna happen why get our hopes up? i was looking forward to “The Mist” & “I Am Legend” but im sure ill see end up seeing yet another unwatchable CAM.

    The only thing this release is good for is saying “we got it first”. Even if it sucks donkey balls the release group feels accomplished that they were the first to release a CAM to the world, and suck as it might other groups get miffed and try harder to win.

    I got the 2Bros version and for a CAM it is the usual quality which is blocky and the colour fades back and forth. But the audio is in sync and pretty good for a CAM.

    The film itself is pretty good, would be good to see it with a better release though.

    No, Hitman was based on the actor David Bateson, who also provides the voice for the character in the games. *HE* would have been the perfect choice for the film!

    @91 I haven’t seen any movies with David Bateson so I can’t say how he would fit for the role. But I totally agree with the one that wanted Jason Statham! He got the look, he got the violence and I’m sure he can fake the elegance :) He fits a lot better than Olyphant who looks like a baby in a suit.
    With Statham I would propably watch this at the cinema, now I’m considering the cam version.

    Movies with video games as there inspiration have always and probably will always suck

    IMHO it comes down to a basic difference in storytelling between a passive experience (movies) and the player imagination comes more in to play with games.

    That beïng said most gamesscript are paperthin or totally overblown in such a way that they are never going to work on screen.

    @Whiskey: R5 of The Kingdom was supposed to be released last Tuesday, not it has not come out. As far as Death Sentence, no news on an R5, but the actual official U.S DVD Release date is set for January 8th, 2008. So I’m sure by the third week in December some group will release the DVD release before any R5, if an R5 release. I have no idea why a movie like The Kingdom a group hasn’t released the R5 yet, makes me think the R5 release date was pushed back for some reason.

    I just saw the movie - it ROCKED.

    I expected it was a B-movie. Low budget. I had low expectations - hoped it would only try and forfill my thoughts of 47 and the story behind. And i was amazed. VERY good movie.

    There is something that worries me - they say the kids from the agency is are castaways and orfin-kids (sp?) - tho in hitman1 and hitman2 you find out that 47 is a clone.

    So… WTF?

    Some scene should have been redone - but overall i give it 7.5/10. Amazing movie. I wont ruin the movie for you - but they have captured the actions of 47 sooooo good.

    Meh, if you played the video game you may understand some things in this film if not, its a waste of time. I was very excited for this movie ever since I heard of it almost last year but this was basically a disappointment, I wish I didn’t waste $10 to see it :/

    47 seems to have to much emotion in the movie, in the game he kills his pet bird because it was making to much noise. Yet, in this movie he puts up with a prostitute who makes to much noise, and he doesn’t even get laid ;P

    I think this movie will be a flop which is bad because they could have made more movies since it would be pretty easy. To bad they didn’t just use the Hitman blood money story, this movie would have kicked ass if they did.

    I never remembered this in the movie. Only thing I remember him even mentioning the agency (besides the beginning) is when he is asked his name by the prostitue and he says “they didn’t give us names, they gave us numbers.”

    Thats another reason why I didn’t like this, it didn’t explain to much about the agency or the coperation which is a company that employs hitmen to kill 47, but yet they don’t even mention it :/

    Just play the game, its much better.

    It’s a good movie, but maybe when ( if ) they make a sequel they could focus a lil bit more on the agency, wouldn’t be a bad thing to give some more background info.
