i saw the movie with the VLC player
and i just put the 500ms delay or ealy

but the number is 500ms

I burn the movies to DVD and watch them on TV so I did the virtualdub sync fix. Works perfectly! THANKS On my dually it took less than 1 minute to do.

whats this i hear? audio sync trouble. just use ctrl+k in videolan (vlc player). Some thing happend with rocky and acyplco or what ever it was called (the mel gibson movie). That was a great movie btw.

Another how to “sync fix” by using VirtualDub

1. Open the avi.
2. Set Audio and Video to “Direct Stream Copy”
3. Chose [AUDIO]-> “Interleaving”
4. Set preload to 0 and delay audio track tp “500ms”
5. Save as new avi.

Done!

Here’s a fast fix for those who can’t wait for the proper:

If you are using VLC (www.videolan.org, highly recommended) go to settings and look for ‘Audio desynchronisation compensation’.

Try setting it to around ‘500′ or so…

Then open movie and hit play! Enjoy!
