Another Asian drama movie this time being the Japanese movie Tada, kimi wo aishiteru or Heavernly Forest as its English title. Its quite a nice movie and it a great release by WRD who Proper’d the last release for not having English subtitles. The Release includes English, Japanese and Chinese subtitles. Enjoy.

Amateur photographer Makoto (Tamaki Hiroshi) and the homely but endearing Shizuru (Miyazaki Aoi) meet during university orientation and become instant friends. Shy by nature, Makoto finds himself opening up around Shizuru, and the two often go to a forest together to take photographs. Shizuru secretly likes Makoto, but he only has eyes for classmate Miyuki (Kuroki Meisa). When Shizuru decides to enter a photography contest, she asks Makoto to kiss her in the forest to create the perfect picture. But after that fateful day, Shizuru disappears.

There was decent fansubs already made for this movie long ago. But yes - this is first time for official subs. So, let’s call it proper (hoping that those subs is not autottranslated like in ‘Big.Man.Japan.2007.PROPER.DVDRip.XviD-SSF’)

This is a little off topic, but it’s the Most moving music video I’ve ever seen — about a photographer, a beautiful, accidental model, romance and self sacrifice.
It’s South Korean, but the visuals are so well done that it doesn’t need to be translated.

I don’t see any torrent on your blog, or any useful information on the other releases for that matter. A copy and paste description of each, with no detail on where to get the movies let alone any actual information on the quality of the releases themselves.

I’m not Asian, and I’ve read Blake’s full post with good heart. I like Asian and other world cinema flicks.
Not sure if I will download it, yet to me it sounds a very interesting movie and would love to watch it if I was in the right frame of mind, but I’m not atm. Nether-the-less it’s a good post, even if I and others don’t make a comment it doesn’t mean we think it’s not worth our time.
So I thank Blake and the rest of the rlslog team for educating me with the latest news; even if I don’t agree with what some of them say the entire time. Just ignore the freaks and continue doing what you do best.

heavenly forest might be the english title, but the correct translation of the title shoulv been ‘your my only love’

This is a good movie. I enjoyed it very much. This is one movie I haven’t just fast-forward in a long time.

I don’t see any subs at all. I’ve downloaded the subs from the Rapidshare link and they don’t appear either.
I had this with working subs then a virus ate two of my hard disks and I lost everything and am having to start all over again. Thing is I can’t remember where I got the working ones from.
