Hans Zimmer-The Simpsons Movie-OST-2007-SAW
No a CAM of the The Simpsons Movie hasn’t been released yet unfortunately but as a small consolation you can grab yourself the soundtrack from the film courtesy of group SAW, 3 days before it hits the shops! I’m especially curious about track 14 “Spider Pig” sounds like a laugh. Enjoy!
Hitting theaters July 27th, this movie is certainly one of the most highly anticipated releases of 2007. It will feature all the voices of the original cast that has made the Simpson’s TV show the longest running animated series in television history. The show has aired more than 375 episodes and will celebrate its 400th this season, scheduled to coincide with the film’s opening. This CD contains the familiar themes from the show as well as the original movie score by award-winning composer/producer Hans Zimmer. A must for all Simpson’s fans and donut lovers alike.

No it’s not Cam. The logic about type of release applies I suppose, so I can agree it should be CAM. Like it’s not Ost or ost, but OST.
I checked out “Spider Pig”, it’s not the same version as when Homer is holding the big and singing it…it’s like a weird duet thing with a ghostly sounding man and woman, but the words are the same (i.e. Spider pig, spider pig, does whatever a spider pig does

I was kinda shocked to see the man behind The Gladiator’s OST compose the Simpsons OST, but I have to admit that it all sounds great again. Nowhere near the Gladiator soundtrack but then again that was one of the best OST’s ever.
That Hans Zimmer guy produces many OSTs every year.

Well this sucks, the soundtrack is 99% orchestral music. and the one song that isn’t just has a touch of electronica, but it still sucks. I can’t wait for the movie.

As a reply to comments 18, 21, and 22: Its IS coming out the 27th but I believe some theaters are holding a sneak preview at 12:01 on the 26th. I have tickets for the sneak preview so thats how I know.
