Guitar Hero World Tour Pack

OneUp released about 1gb worth of Downloadable content. Since there are a many releases I decided to upload this pack for you, but OneUp is still releasing a lot of new ones..;)

Developer Vicarious Visions has confirmed to Shacknews the Wii edition of Guitar Hero World Tour will support true downloadable content when it arrives this fall, allowing users to purchase and download new songs in addition to user-created tunes.

“There’s downloadable content for the Wii, similar to what you’d expect, downloadable songs,” Vicarious Visions CEO Karthik Bala told Shacknews last night. “The GH Tunes and the Music Studio [are a] separate feature.”

When World Tour, commonly referred to as Guitar Hero 4, was announced last week, publisher Activision boasted that the Wii version supported downloadable content.

    I'm having trouble with this.

    I've managed to download a few songs, and says

    1. Install the song.wad – which is fine.
    then says install the files.wad which gives me an error.

    Any infomation on this?

    will PAL DLC work on a USA version of the game?

    @1. Make sure you have the most updated custom IOS249, so you can properly install WADs.

    @2. Look at the release names. There's PAL and USA DLC, the games have different "titles", like folders. Install the USA DLC for the USA version.

    This is truly an awesome release. I've been watching the development of RawkSD, for custom Rock Band 2 DLC, in which they had to break the DLC for it, and refuse to let any info out about those, so it's nice to see GHWT. Hope they get to RB2 next, OneUp is truly the best group representing the Wii!

    @3. Yeah I saw that, but because half of it was PAL and I have NTSC, that's why I asked.

    I've been searching for the same packs only for xbox 360 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_songs_in_Guitar_Hero_4, but couldn't find it (the downloadable content)

    The release of the PC version GH4 better hurry its ass up already, as GH5 will be hitting stores this fall! And release some RB titles for PC as well! It's simple economics my dear Watson, the population is demanding it so why aren't you supplying it??? Sheeeesh, and then people wonder WHY we're in a recession! lol

    what is the file type when you extract the rar file? I'm still downloading.

    If it's a .wad file, you should be able to use Wad Manager (search Wad Manager 1.4 on Google).

    @9 Timo, when I scrolled down I found a torrent link for the Wii, not XBOX360. Can I use the same files for XBOX360?

    @10 noWay, I signed up for http://www.x360sos.com but I can't find the downloadable packs there..

    I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this! I would love to play those songs on my XBOX360!

    @17 Tom, those links are for Guitar Hero Smash Hits for Wii. So no you cannot use them for Xbox 360. If you are looking for Guitar Hero Smash Hits for 360, go to isohunt.com and search "Guitar Hero Smash Hits 360" (no quotes)

    And the downloadable pack are not available for Xbox for free downloads like they are for wii, so you won't be able to download them for your 360.

    @ Everyone. When Installing the Song.wad file using Oneup's installer, afterwards you need a GHWT_Title……wad file. Are all of those GHWT_Title……wad file's the same? It seems like a major inconvience having to switch it everytime because then you can only add one song at a time.

    @19.
    1. Install your song, & GHWT_Title… Using Oneup's Installer
    2. Load Up GH4
    3. From Main Menu, Go Settings
    4. From Settings, Go Archive
    5. Copy Song To SD Card
    6. Repeat Process

    Install SONG2.WAD and SONG2 TITLE.WAD

    @21, No. It stores one to wii memory at a time this way. Also if you had any dlc on the wii prior it will delete this also

    Please somebody confirm this. Once you install one song (any song), the in game music store lets you download any other song for free.

    That's what mine's doing.

    i have no idea how to get this to work. Plz Help. Do i need to install the wads from all of the rar files included for that song ?
